If you want to experience an offbeat place beside lidder river surrounded by mountains,then it is the best place to stay...the behaviour and food was excellent and all the amenities were excellent..

The best part of the property was location and we find it amazing. The view from the room was also great. If you really want to enjoy nature then this is a perfect place to stay. The whole team of River Front Guest House was very helpful & cooperative. Our sincere thanks to all members.

Hello! Please see the Inside- Room, Bathroom, Reception, Lobby, Kitchen Outside View, See the tin plate Gate, No vehicle can enter in to it. There is no Pakka Road to the Hotel, On the Kachha Road, SUV can not turn; driver took the vehicle back in reverse gear as he could not turn it Please let me know how to take it forward. People who love to stay in the middest of nature far from the crowds of Pahalgam this hotel is a Gem The sound of river that is flowing beside the window the snow that is just beside your window is just a true with exceptional behaviour of the staff and Sajjad Vai the manager HD guided us thoroughly. This property was unhygienic and filthy. I could not tolerate to stay there for more than an hour. I am very much disappointed as they did not refunded even after complaining and being in such a stressful situation.

The place was very nice the food was too delicious very nice 100/100 the staff members were verynice

For the price paid the place is not worth it, we stayed only for 1 night even after having 2n stay as could not tolerate the place. 1. No cleanliness 2. Very small room 3. Stained bedsheets 4. Terrible bathroom we reached and just managed to sleep over there as we reached at 10. 30 in the night and did not have options as its in remote area. No doubt the view is amazing but for people who travel bit for peace and luxury please avoid this place

The so called guest house was in terrible form. Not worth spending 500 rs. Pl don't book. We didn't stay there.

Excellent stay. I will advice at least 1 night stay if you are visiting pahalgam. Very welcoming people. Also cared for child needs like milk and hot water. Awesome food also. Once in a life time experience with my wife and 3 year daughter. River and snow capped mountains are so pleasant to see. Warm and clean rooms. Must visit. 100 % satisfaction.

The room was at 6°C. The heater doesn't heat the room. The bed heaters work partially, only half of the bed gets heated and heats too much in one place. No hot water. Slippery washroom. We got sick due to these, it is as bad. No facilities are provided. The money paid is not respected. The irresponsible owner doesn't communicate properly. I should mention that we had good food and the workers help well. They were only facility received. No mobile network in this place anytime. The LAN failed due to the wire collapse during our stay. The situation was the worst. Consider this point before you book. Think of this situation, They don't have any alternative. You will get abandoned in such situations. My suggestion is to book a stay in pahalgam main town, There you can find the best facilities for the same price.

Location was far from town room was stinking wall paper was tearing apart from mostly everywhere in the room. Good points service was nice staff was helpful and view was amazing

I loved the view of this property the staff is extremely generous and helpful specially jun-aid, the need to take care of hygiene of the washroom and the room no hot water in the washroom but was provided by the helpers in a bucket but 24/7 no hot water electricity also is a prob but with nature surrounding this property everything takes a backseat

Our stay in this property was amazing and peaceful. We both sisters stays there and we felt so secured here. Room is cozy, room has heater and there is hot water in bathroom. Host and his son, both are so polite and helpful. We both had very nice and relaxing time spending here.

Only the location is great. Rest all are terrible. Room quality is pathetic. Cleanliness is at zero level. Road condition is pathetic. Staff behavior is not good. Overall it's a bad experience

It was the worst stay at aru valley, pahalgam. Poor quality of rooms, service and food with no availability of hot water. The mobile network was not available for both jio and airtel. It was not worth a penny.

It's a shame on hospitality business. The rooms are shabby. Rodents are roaming in the room. No place to keep your baggages. Washroom are make shift arrangements. No hot water available. On booking of breakfast & lunch/dinner the hotel is not giving proper meals and charging for everything except few standard dishes. Dirty linens provided. The rags / so called carpets are full of dust. The staff is rude. We felt ashamed of staying at such a dirty place.
