Rooms are very small,washroom is very dirty, having no electric blanket as it is very cold area,no facility was provided as per the amount they had charged.

One of the best hotel in Pahalgam

Location is superb, rock view from windows. From all of the best is that behavior of hotel authority, no other will do anything like they do. We are satisfied really above 100%. Must visit see you again.
