There toilet were not cleaned well,no soap and no shampoo available and after telling them they gave complimentary coffee , milk powder and sugar

Very good experience overall and stay was very good staffs were polite and friendly we did not face any issues on the stay

Sab kuch thik hai but ya-ha ek prob hai ke staff kuch sunte nahi hai. Agar aap low budget hai to ye aacha hai hotel. Hum-log patna sai the. Auro family trip thi humati. Jab humlog enter kiye room main to washroom purr ganda tha. Phi r humne complain kaya t hora hotel walo ko is pai dhyan den a chahiye. Auro khane ka price bahut high hai. Paneer sirf 260 main milla.

This is for platinum category room, room was quite big after a double bed, more than a double bed space was there, balcony was also in this room bathroom was big and fitted with geyser 1 big cupboard was there, wooden work was all round the room and bathroom. They were also providing ro drinking water, as i was bringing water from outside the hotel person told me that no need to buy water from outside, u can tell us, we are also providing ro drinking water. Well behaved staff/owner. Locality is also very good it is situated in the housing society apart from crowded market area. Landmark: jora petrol pump and divine hospital, 150meter. The only negative is that there is no lift, in case u get a 3rd floor room u will have to use staircase only. Apart from lift all things are good. First i booked for 30-31 december after seeing the room i extended it upto 1st january.
