Location of the resort is 6 minutes walking distance from the nearest sea-beach. Further, road to the nearest beach side is very poor, beach is not so good. Food quality was average.

Good Stay
Excellent stay. Pieceful, neat and clean environment. The best part is pool. Excellent choice for pool lovers. The little improvement required in food and dining. Also some more equipment required in kids play area in garden, to make it kids friendly. Overall experience was good.

Nicely located property, supportive staff and good amb
It is located at a very convenient place. It has required peace and also not too far from the market and beach. The staff is very humble and courteous. There is lot of scope of improvement in morning breakfast as no options are available for guests. Overall good ambience and great experience.

Good Stay
Resort inside surrounding is lush green with lot of coconut plantations. Kids playing facilities are also provided. Swimming pool is well maintained. However, rain water is getting inside the room thro air-conditioner outlet pipe hole. Timely service couldn't be provided due to shortage of service staff. Overall, not value for money.

We are booking two days in this property, the room was good but daily room cleaning service not available, the main part restaurant food quality is not good.

Poor Stay
Staff behaviour was good, but the services were too poor. The sea shore is not easily accessible and is about 2 to 3 minutes' walk away. Wait time after placing the food order is very long. In general, hotel rates are excessively expensive given the amenities offered.

Good for stay not for food
The room facilities were good but not reliable with the restaurant as the food is average and the time for preparation is very long and tiresome. I would suggest for the stay but not for the food. Very low on staff. The beach is also quite far definitely not at 1 min walking distance.

Good Stay
Property is good with open playground and pool. Since i have gone with my pet i got that opportunity to provide exercise for my pet in open playground ( garden) food quality is ok and rooms are well furnished and spacious

Poor Stay
Hygiene of the room was not satisfactory. Towels, shampoo soaps etc were not sufficient. Breakfast(egg toast) was charged. It was complementary with my booking. Expired beverage were sold in restaurants. Overall facilities was bad. Shiv

Staff are of well behaviour. Rooms are spacious. Enviornment is absolutely fantastic. But rules and regulation for swimming pool is much strict, it can be loosen.
