it cost us around 3k for double bed room which seems to much high as per the standard of the rooms. the room looks old, the other amenities are also old. by default they should provide kettle,glass,cups, tea & coffee sachets which was missing. people were eating on the swimming pool and when we try to enter swimming pool it was dirty with food items. in breakfast buffet they have only luchi sabhi and bread which is less. they should give more option. other hotels nearby could be better at the same price. Room was so dirty & ac not working properly. service was terrible. Pool water was not clean. Fish items are not fresh

Rooms are bigger but not maintained properly. Cleanliness is average. Food is good if asked to cook properly. Staffs behaviour is excellent.

Room shown at the time of booking is different from actual staying. lock of bathroom from inside was broken. Even sliders of room window was not in the condition of open smoothly. I stayed at room number 302 for two days but 2nd day they did not provide fresh towel even several request. Apart from, there was no kettle in the room. While I call at reception for kettle , they answered that they do not provide kettle and tea bag at the room though it was written in amenities at the time of booking through make my trip. Food quality was good. Food waste were scattered just outside the door for a long time. Hygeine should be maintained properly.

Beach front property.. Rooms were spacious.. but maintenance is not up to the mark.. door knobs were broken.. basin outlet pipe was leaky.. food was good.. have seen better swimming pool conditions in other hotels.. did not find it clean enough.. staff behaviour was cordial and they were cooperative..overall an ok stay..

batrooms smells so bad... room service is not so good.. ordered food got delivered after an hour.. even rooms will be provided to the premium customers first no matter you are waiting early or if you are first in the que...

Hotel staff were very friendly and supportive. The location is very good, it feels like you have your private beach. Swimming pool was also very nice. They don’t allow early check ins, so you should keep this point in my mind before visiting the location. Overall it was a very nice experience. I would suggest you to go for 1 night stay only, cause its enough to explore complete Mandarmani as you won’t be expecting huge rush as you get in Digha.

We paid for one room with two bed and the room was terrible it was sooo dirty windows were broken we couldn’t sleep at night because of the fish smell and washroom it was like a public toilet

It was nice and friendly stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious. Behaviour of the staff was very friendly and respectful. Would definitely visit again soon !

property location was nice, decent sea view. the resort was understaffed, any service took ages. Rooms were spacious, but definitely way overpriced. Food was light and felt homemade.
