ST APPLE BEACH RESORT MANDARMONI

At first they refused my booking, then whenever I arrived early morning, there was no reception or waiting room. They told me that their reception did not have many facilities for me to rest. Then I returned to my car. I waited in my car for at least 3 hours. Then they tried to me by providing the wrong room, a low-class one. So I refused that room, then I asked them to provide me a proper booking room; there were not that many and then they provide me my room bt a staff who's behavior

One of the best resort at Mondermoni ! Rooms are very specious and full with modern amenities . All the staff’s are well manner and with smiling face . Foods are outstanding taste and budget friendly. No complain. We must visit again. Thank you the team of ST Apple.

The room that I paid for was Super Deluxe that was their best, but post entering the room - The door lock was broken, the bath tub was full of ants, the toilet flush was not working and the restaurant was very poorly managed as whatever I ordered for dinner they gave me something else post 90 mins of ordering which I had to eat since there were no option to change as it was very late. Poor service...

Location was very good. Hotel room was awesome. Private beach access provided. A bit pricey I would say. Also one thing that bothered us a bit much is that they play loud music from 8 am in the morning. Other wise overall a decent experience.

all good but the behavior of staff was very bad and the food quality not good and Limited food available

Pros: 1. The hotel rooms are good and large enough. 2. Hotel staf have good behabhier. 3. The food test is good. 4. Property location is Good. 5. If you have a personal vechiale it will be a good location. Cons: 1. Road condition not good from main road to the hotel gate. There is no sign of road in rainy season. 2. The door locks for both the bathroom and the room have a minor issue. 3. We ordered katla kaliya it feels like not fresh fish. 4. Simple food(Alu Vaja, Papd Vaja) price little bit heigh.1litter water bottol take 10 rupees extra and 2 litter water bottol take 20 rupees extra. 5. Toto / auto stand not available near hotel. So if you want to travel near Mandarmani beach place to collect some auto or toto driver contact. It will take 150/- to 200 /- to go mandarmani beach for one go.

it was amazing experience every thing was good along with the food ,the best part was it was close to the beach

It was good, no complain about view, position.just beside the beach. but taste of food could have been better, a bit overpriced in my view.. Power cut was a problem on 2nd day, although power back up was alwys there. Staff were good, they prepared food for my 1.5 yr child, just I hv to give them the required ingredients. So satisfactory services rendered.

overall resort was very good , specially location is just front of the sea. Room was sea facing from my room it can seen. Food was also tasty and quality was good. overall good maintain property staff was also well behaved. it's a worth of Money. Highly recommend.

I was with my family. Ambience is okay. Food not that great. Stay for a Day is perfect. There are lot of areas for improvements too.

It was a comfortable stay. The view from the room is good even with the side sea view,it also has a private beach area. The food quality is appreciable as well.Service is good. The crowd in the premises is decent and not loud. Overall its very clean and worth visiting again.

Stuff behaviour was terrible... Views are good but unhygienic... atonu the front desk manager was kind and well mannered

Nice resort to stay ,good rooms well spacious and decorated. Maintenance is very good , clean toilets. We stayed 2 nights in Elite category rooms in May 25. Best part is sea view from rooms. You can get very wide view of sea from rooms and balcony. Food is excellent and room service is outstanding. Staffs behavior is extremely polite and supportive. I highly recommend all travellors this resort to stay at Mandarmani. Best part is the position of this resort just adjacent and in front of the sea beach.

The sea view from the room is great, the hotel staff is very friendly, it is clean, the food is not spicy, the snacks are good.

Good stay. However we got an extreme side view room. Some food options like crab were not available even when mentioned in the menu and for some food items like bhindi do piaza they said it will take longer time. I feel they should not have the items not available at the restaurant in the menu card of the hotel. Chicken starter and chinese items also need to improve. Staff behaviour was overall good though.

The room and toilet are so big and clean. Swimming pool also good. Need to update the background songs during pool time. Food is also very good

Make my trip has changed the hire rate for rooms still paid and booked room secondly when reached to the hotel his GM asked Rs 3000/- more other wise you have to check out.
