hotel room is nice but in rainy days water is entered in the room through the balcony. big cupboard , towels (provided daily), hair dryer, mini fridge, tv, free wifi, kettle, coffee,tea bag, sugar, milk powder was provided. hotel services was very good. all staffs are very polite. but food is too much expensive according to cuisine. otherwise everything is ok. but not provided the exact information about hotel room according to price. we wanted sea view room according to images. but there is booked a room in 1 floor which image was not provided and We are not informed about the room number. Sea view was not beautiful from the golden view room of the 1st floor. then we request in reception for 2nd or 3rd floor golden view room. after that they managed the room for us and it was so good.

Overall good experience
This resort is truly a little paradise by the sea! The location is just perfect — peaceful, scenic, and so close to the waves. I stayed here from 20th to 22nd October and loved every moment of it. Still, there are a few small things that could make the experience even better: 1. The swimming pool, especially the kids’ section, should be cleaned more often — that would make it even more inviting. 2. The complimentary breakfast could have more variety, though I must say the food was delicious. I had the best upma ever there! 3. Since the room rates are on the higher side, I feel the food prices could be a little more reasonable. 4. The pathway to the beach needs a bit of improvement — the resort next door has done it wonderfully for their guests, and this one should too. Apart from these minor things, everything else was absolutely lovely — clean and cozy rooms, easy beach access, and warm, courteous staff who always made us feel welcome. I’d love to stay here again on my next trip to Mandarmani. The location is simply superb, and if you can, choose Room 305 — sitting on the balcony, watching the waves, and feeling the sea breeze is pure bliss. 💙

Excellent Stay
Our 2 family(6+2) staying in Barsha Beach Resort & Spa was very enjoyable & hasslefree.We spent every moment by availing the all amenities of the resort such as neat & clean rooms with self made tea/coffee arrangement,big size pool & sea view glass panel &,balcony,cleaned spacious bathroom with bathtub & others modern accessories, well maintained ideal size swimming pool and water park of clean water and sound system,we also enjoyed in sun-deck and attached sea beach.The behaviour of the staff and quality of food is very good but restaurant hygiene and cleanliness not so good.The location of the resort is super for all types of guest.Out side food court,medicine shop,doctor,varity shop,vehicles etc are within 300 meters.

it's not so worthfull
location is good but the arrangements are very bad!! food is good & amenities are average. The check out timing is also very early

Horrible Staff Behaviour
They need a lot of improvement in staff behaviour. The facilities that the guests are entitled to are not being served properly like Swimming Pool timings, Free Breakfast was horrible.

Terrible Stay
Terrible experience no water in washroom since arrival, i am not sure if it is going to ne fixed anytime soon, they are providing 20 litres drum in the name of water, extremely poor experience in terms of the money paid, they should provide partial refund for what they are providing, while there is no water in the washrooms but there is a party going on still in this late night with full volume on. Horrible experience. What discount will you give when they cant even provide water in the washrooms from evening, when asked they are giving reply that some one has gone to purchase pump, and still purchasing till now, god knows when he will arrive and the mechanic will arrive and it will get installed. I am horrified to think about the situation in morning, how the toilets will be flushed. Please take some strict actions. Does it worth the money i have paid

Terrible Stay
Room was not clean, there was a huge problem regarding water supply in bathroom. We have to change the room 2 times but water was not coming. In the last room hit water was not coming. We have one yr old child, so had to face a lot problem.

Newly built hotel resort, room is okay with basic amenities but bed sheet was burned (201) and bathroom switch not working (202), also food quality not up to the mark as per their tariff.
