Very disappointed. When i reached at the hotel there was no such booking in my name and i was forced to shift to another hotel at the odd time tried to contact customer care but got no response

I am visiting there but hotel manager said rooms not available, i am waiting for more then one hour. It is a very terrible experience. This not acceptable. I suffer this booking. Hotel

Disappointed. Had booked 3 days back and yesterday n8 went and asked about check in the hotel manager told that renai residency hotel booking is not available in make my trip portal. And it was 7. 00 pm. I was shocked. Called customer care they easily answered the mistake occurred. And told that will return your money make alternate arrangement. Again i shocked. How can i arrange at neck of moment. And i quarreled about 3 hours and stand in roadside itself. After 10. 00 pm i got another booking. It's very horrible. I was worried. Got stressed. Remove those hotels from your portal. Don't do this to anyone

The stay was good at the residence.
