Location Is Good. Rooms are rundown. Fittings in bathroom old and shaky. Water doesn't drain in the bath area. The hotel despite apparently good occupancy , doesn't have any provisions for drivers to sleep & has a poor shared rest room.

I had booked a Superior Double room, but, at Check-in, I was upgraded to a Twin bed Executive Room (1st floor) . Room was spacious, excellent interiors, and, very comfortable. Bed & Bath Linen, excellent! Mattress - had a wonderful deep sleep! Food was great. Room service, Bell boys, Front desk - very good! Only complaint about the washroom. The Wash basin Tap was loose and moving around (Room 1022). The position of the Towel rod is very faulty indeed. The Towels fall on the head of the person while sitting on the Commode, it's position is directly above the Commode. The Towel rod shud have been placed inside the Shower cubicle. I will recommend Grand Estancia and I will stay there again. Location is right on the Highway.

It was not informed that construction work was going on... noisy and disturbing... also one of the room having AC water leakage... this was not informed during booking... else I should have picked up another hotel... somehow the breakfast and service at restaurant was good...

We had just an overnight stay as part of our Roadtrip via Salem. The property is located right by NH44 which made it very convenient for us. The property is in excellent condition with beautiful reception. The rooms are also very cozy and quiet with ample sized room for 2 persons. We could get a good night's sleep. We did not try their food and other facilities like the swimming pool.
