I had booked sterling yercaud, valley facing rooms for 2nights. It was one of the best trips i have done in recent times. The view from the room was great and you can see the entire salem. Staff- room service is okay but most of the staff doesnot know the rules and regulations, everybody has a different version. Amenities- okayish. Hill Top beautiful view.

This hotel has a beautiful view, at top of the hill. Salem facing premium rooms are really cool. Hospitality, food, services are very good. Worth for money. Durint rainy season, it will be little challenging for elder people to walk around as one has to take stairs to reach the rooms. It's fun to take stairs and enjoy the view, but mind your steps.

Pros: The property offers one of the best views in Yercaud — truly scenic and refreshing. The view from the terrace is especially pleasant and a highlight of the stay. Cons: While the location is beautiful, there are very limited activities available on-site. There is no swimming pool, and unfortunately, none of the accommodations have a bathtub or jacuzzi. The outdoor children’s play area is poorly maintained — muddy, unclean, and not suitable for kids. It’s not child-friendly, and children are likely to get bored or ask to go home early.Gym has only 3 cardio equipment

There is lot of stairs to go to room, which is very painfull. Food is also bellow average. The resort don't have sufficient car parking space also.

Awesome Stay with Family for weekend getaway

I visited this property along with my family and had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and there were plenty of options in buffet. Famous tourist attractions were near by and we enjoyed a lot. Just a note that while roaming around the property you might have to ready to climb around 20-30 steps approx.

Very good view from the rooms ! Excellent view infact ! Property situated adjacent to a view point called Ladies Seat. Decent food options. Only drawback is too many steps to climb even after using lift also. Not recommended for elderly people. Otherwise very nice property for breathtaking views !

I recently had an incredible stay at Sterling Yercaud with my family, and it was truly a memorable experience. We had booked five rooms, and each one was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The room service was exceptionally prompt—every request was attended to politely and efficiently, which made us feel truly cared for. One of the highlights of our visit was the spa experience. The staff there were highly professional, and the service was rejuvenating and relaxing. It was the perfect way to unwind amidst the serene surroundings of Yercaud. Another memorable aspect was the entertainment at the games centre. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Prathap, the events organizer, who went above and beyond to make our evenings lively. He conducted a variety of engaging games and fun dance activities for the guests. His energy, politeness, and ability to involve everyone created a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for families and children alike.
