We had booked five rooms, and each one was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The room service was exceptionally prompt—every request was attended to politely and efficiently, which made us feel truly cared for. One of the highlights of our visit was the spa experience. The staff there were highly professional, and the service was rejuvenating and relaxing. It was the perfect way to unwind amidst the serene surroundings of Yercaud. Another memorable aspect was the entertainment at the games centre. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Prathap, the events organizer, who went above and beyond to make our evenings lively. He conducted a variety of engaging games and fun dance activities for the guests. His energy, politeness, and ability to involve everyone created a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for families and children alike. Overall, Sterling Yercaud exceeded our expectations in every way—from cleanliness and hospitality to recreation and relaxation. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway with top-notch service and unforgettable experiences.

We had a great stay overall. The hospitality and service were top-notch, and the food was really good. The location is convenient—close to the city center—and there are plenty of activities within the premises to keep you engaged. Definitely worth the price. Note: If you're booking valley view indulge (or similar) rooms for elderly guests, be aware that these rooms are accessible only via multiple stairs, which may not be suitable for everyone.

Excellent property. Excellent care. BUT COMPLETELY MISSED ON MOVMENT, THERE IS NO RAMP EVEN WHEREVER POSSIBLE. No thought of senior citizens . Even when you enter vehicle is stopped at a distance and made enter after a struggle. Ich hi u takes of the initial taste. Even inside rooms a small thought of how senior citizen can walk is missed.

Very good view from the rooms ! Excellent view infact ! Property situated adjacent to a view point called Ladies Seat. Decent food options. Only drawback is too many steps to climb even after using lift also. Not recommended for elderly people. Otherwise very nice property for breathtaking views !

The view from the room was breathtaking, the food was great too! Wait times to get a table was also minimal, the spread in the buffet was good too! Pricing on the in room dining could be reduced and also it would be better if they sent actual cutlery instead of paper containers

The Sterling Yercaud location is awesome , great experience in terms of stay , staff is hospitable , food and dining could have been better , not up to the mark , overall good experience .

Location is perfect. Service is very slow and also you might have to climb a lot of stairs if you get the valley view, especially room 316

Room, Food, Price and Location is amazing and can't be compared with any other resorts near by. Always love to be here every year.

Location is excellent. Room is not that much spacious- premium valley view room. Food is average. Delayed Room service.

Property's located at the hill side where the view is awesome, can get a great view of Salem city. Food was little expensive if going for ala carte option. Not suggested for elderly person as lot's of steps need to be climb
