Rooms are good, people are polite

Rooms are not great and power cut in the middle washrooms are not properly function like flush and water jet not working beds are not exactly queen size very small and iron beds

They have 2-3 apartments with them ,they upload pics of the best room in the best apartment and allot rooms in OLD ABANDONED HOUSES • Bathrooms don't have lock bolts inside • Small beds - they 5.5ft ×3.5ft as queen bed , how the hell they can do it • Restrooms smell badly • Lizard shits on beds , Dirty windows • 1ft×1ft window in bedroom- i have never seen such things None of my family could sleep in that dirty appartment if you want spoil your day ,,.. u can go there

Room cleanliness was good, AC was not working properly. The location is bit congested, There is no sufficient blankets available as they provided only one single blanket per AC room. They have not provided any basic things like soap, shampoo, paste and brushes.

The receptionist's response is very poor. Room service needs to improve.

The initial room was infested with cockroach and mosquito. The changed room had lock problem. The soap was already eaten by rats. On top of this the attitude of the person was bad. Overall worst place.

This is as basic a property can get. But all your needs are taken care of. But you will need to ask for each one of them. We had to ask for soap and shampoo and towels and water, separately. The parking also is a meh. I had to park my car in a clearing amid-st houses the entrace to which is dark and narrow. The approach to this property is also not very great. It's ok if you use this as a stopover. That's all.

I found out that this stay is located in a very good area which was easily accessible for street foods and shops nearby. The staff of the stay were really good and cooperative towards us. The only thing we found as a negative impact is that the bathroom windows where broken and was visible from the outside, we had to cover it with some towel for privacy. Other than that the stay was comfortable and good.

Room was quite good, except for the soap, they charge you for everything. There are lot of ants in the room, maintain that properly.

It is a nice service apartment in the heart of salem city. It is located off saradha college road, which is one of the arterial roads in salem. The road that it is situated is an unnamed road off saradha college road and the google maps took us off course and said we have arrived. After calling the hotel, the reception kept saying that it is near "pillar 37. We realized it was next to the flyover pillar number 37. Each flyover pillar has a number. Short story, it may be hard to locate if you are new to salem, otherwise a great place to stay.

It would be better if they change the consumables on each day of staying, towels, toothbrush and paste and soaps, cleaning up the rooms etc.

Its located in a prime location and easily accessible to many places. Facilities are good enough. Parking is little bit complicated apart from that everything is fine. Staffs are kind. Food can be ordered through zomato and swiggy who delivers on doorstep.

The property was up to my expectation except for the shower mixer issues, which could be resolved by replacing the kit within the shower mixer. Another issue, or should i say drawback, was that it did not have any room service. If the owners work on the service issues, then in my opinion, it would be an ideal place to short stay in salem. The room was spacious & neat. Staff was helpful. Overall, my experience with dream stays was not a bad experience. I would prefer to stay again.

I booked for 4 members. They denied checkin. Later they are ok with 4 members to adjust. I think makemytrip has to check this. Room is clean. No toiletries. But rest are good. Staff is co-operative.

Rate may be reduced. Rest of all things are fine. Parking space is nice. Property is near to the main road of fairlands
