Hotel Laila Palace

worst than a local lodge in remote areas. not at all worth . they did not provide a bed sheet. bed was not cleaned before giving room keys. it looked like a old room which has been opened after years. I have stayed in other places where they give a three star range service for the same amount. Hotel laila palace service is just pathetic I will never recommend this to anyone

Hotel is decent. Could be cleaner. Drawback is they do not have a drivers room for car drivers. No food facility on premesis and makemytrip charged me 500 rs extra for the room. Hotel room charge is only 2000.

The room is very compact. The bathroom is very average. No ventilation. No table. The plug point option is less.

Quite an old hotel. The staff is very friendly and excellent service. Very easy to access bus terminal / food court.

Room was good with a/c facilities, tv connection etc, but managing service was not reliable and not accessible. And even the water bottle, paste. Was with payment unlike others. Also bedsheets were not uncomfortable. Very worst worst service

Suitable for night stay for short duration

1. The treatment from the laila palace management was horrible. The have asked for extra money for my elder son. They were ready to examine the age proof shown by me. They have tried to expel me and my family from the hotel. They even threatened me to handle me physically. There was no way other than to give extra money as they demanded to safeguard my families security. The room provided was not as per the photos shown. Room size, neatness, amenities etc were so pathetic. Please don't promote this property any more.

Really it is very nice hotel and very good for family staying

Location is 1 km away from nh. Good hygiene. The staff members are so supportive. Restaurant is not available here.

Bad service and bad for family or couples

The hotel rooms are congested, AC is not cooling at all. Even the office boy tried to rectify the air conditioner, it was of no use. Even they did not change the room. The bed sheets were dirty. Overall I don't recommend this hotel for any decent family.

Hotel staff are very nice service with a smile, most specially to Front Desk Yudi who check us. In late at night. He was very Helpfully and accommodating. Thanks to MakeMyTrip wallet and coupon, I got a sweet deal on the room. Everything was good except for 1. Their policy to allow smoking inside the room - despite the best room freshener, the odor was strong 2. Street parking for car in an already congested narrow lane

We booked emerald AC but they gave only non AC standard room. They said that room wrongly got booked in makemytrip. The room was very small. They didn't give any refund also. Rooms are clean. But before you book check from hotel whether they really has availability of rooms

Comfortable location .. Very friendly staff and helpful .. Room is spacious (Emerald). No restaurant facility. Only machine tea / coffee is available. No covered car parking. But staff take care of roadside parking. This property is OK for a short stay. Hotel staff may take care of better services.

I had booked a premium AC room and was very disappointed with the condition of it. It was clean but not worth the money. The bed was not very clean and hot water was given in a bucket which was just warm

One of the worst hotel to stay. We reached @ 9 in the night manager not even aware of booking. Finally allot ed the room @ 12 in mid night. That to we are booked 2 room's only for night stay. Now onwards we need to think twice before booking the rooms through MMT.

All good and clear, well maintained, good condition, clean room, good and cheap quality of food, easy cab and auto facility, no disturbance, well and good staff, easy check in and check out. Go ahead and book ..

I have paid Rs. 192 at hotel for tax amount, and I didn't get any receipt or bill, for my official claim on business trip. The hotel manager are strict on getting money, but they will not issue as it is due to online booking .. And also no drinking water facility, it is also chargeable. No proper power points for charging Mobile or laptop
