Go out for Food, Stay away from Grand Palace resort

Orange Restaurant was terrible, untrained irressponsible staff. Cold Food served, instead of Buffet Breakfast preordering was enforced a day before and food servings take infinite time and most of the items missed, request for refill had gone to deaf ears, overall worst experience for food choice and the Pizza ordered from Altitude restaurant caused stomach ache, Only good thing about this resort is house keeping and cleanliness and location rest are very below professional level including front desk

Its a big property situated on hilltop. property location is itself a view point. there we enjoyed climate changes and clouds. Breakfast was awesome with so many varieties. Hygienic Food not available at other places. Food was good and Hygienic. All amenities and service is good.

Room was good and clean. The view was splendid. Customer service and staff quality was passable with limited english ability, hence there were communication gaps often. Food menu was also limited with minimal variety and options. Overall good stay with room for improvement.

Excellent Stay

Very Neat and Tidy Hotel, Food is very good in restaurants. All the amenities are in working condition. Room service is also excellent.

Ambience was palace and adventurous games conduct by the management was too great full, infinity pool was slight dirt and dining area was pleasant
