Great vacation spot
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Grand Palace Resort. The staff were very helpful and polite. Food was brilliant and the amenities were too good. I will be coming back in the near future.

Pleasent stay but not perfect
Room was good and clean. The view was splendid. Customer service and staff quality was passable with limited english ability, hence there were communication gaps often. Food menu was also limited with minimal variety and options. Overall good stay with room for improvement.

🌿 A Serene Escape with World-Class Hospitality
We had an amazing family stay here! Excellent hospitality, breathtaking views, and a serene location. The buffet spread was fantastic, with extraordinary pastries worth a special mention. The infinity pool is beautiful—though regulating water temperature would make it perfect. Staff were extremely friendly, supportive, and helped us with local trip suggestions and arrangements. A truly memorable experience and highly recommended!

nice place and reception. extraordinary for family stay . negative things like irritating fan sound, frequent power cuts, bath consumable replacement deficiency, even though small, it is to be addressed. approach road from lakh circle is jumpy.

Good Stay
Stay was really great. Room service was good 1st day but next 2days it was not that great as we orderd food and water refills which was late by more than 1hour after following up. Food options were not much. Room view was great.

Not up to the mark
Poor hospitality, poor services overall. Be it paid dinner or breakfast - food quality and services both were not up to the mark. Room service for simple water took 2hours. Even charging premium amount services were too poor and literally not a great experience
