Poor Stay
I wanted to have a campfire and other activities during my stay but property didnt provide anything even after when we are repeatedly asking for activities, Rooms are good but bathroom don't have proper dress holder .i have paid for breakfast and dinner but some items are not available but when we said we pay again then they are saying it is available.

Average Stay
The rooms were not that welcoming and there was constant power cuts. The fans in the avocado room were so off tune because the settings don't work.. However, the location and the most amazing staff were really good at taking care of the customer.. Even though it didn't make up for the room, it was pleasant..

calm and clean resort
We went with our toddler and had a good time staying there. A kid friendly place to stay and relax, very near to centre of Yercaud and all tourist attractions. The resort is located in a peaceful and calm place. I already shared a complete review on MMT app

It’s good but can be better. The room was stinky and the bed sheets had stains in it. Cleanliness was good. And the location is also good.

Not worth the price definitely
The rooms were spacious no doubt but they were definitely not worth 12000/- per night. The blinds in the washroom were infested with fungus which the hotel staff saw, acknowledges but could not do anything about. Couple of bed lights not working, no provision for extra hangers or bathroom slippers. No chairs in the balcony even for Arabica suites (though the pictures show them). They clean the room but do not refill the tea bags or milk powder sachets. Frequent power cuts (which they say is a problem with entire Yercaud). They do have power back up which sometimes takes a while to restore the power. The wash basin tap was broken, the commode lid was broken. They have written bonfire as a facility but when enquired they said it's banned. The buffet was not at all good. Mostly cold items, miniscule pieces of chicken which had to be excavated from the gravy. They have a vending machine for tea and coffee for the breakfast buffet. They served pre cooked cold omlette in the morning breakfast. The dining hall has flies all over the place, not too hygienic at all. Activities and games are left for people to explore but full body massage is enquired (as people have to pay for it) The only thing good about the place is they have very courteous staff members. When you are charging so much please provide the service and if clean rooms are not available then please do not accept bookings I checked in at 8:30pm in the evening. They had more than enough time to see that things were proper. That things were not proper does indicate that this is not a mistake by chance but a regular service fault. Hope MMT sees this and does something of the almost half a grand spent

its a well maintained property with access to basic ammenities like pool n gym. also has some indoor games, but few are broken. like the restaurant! will reommend staying here for a couple of days.

Can improve
The room we stayed had a broken lock for the restroom. Though the maintenance team tried fixing it temporarily, it was not fixed completely. The cleanliness was average considering 3 star rated resort. Food and room service was good. The room was in first floor in a slope. Parking was downhill and the restaurant was uphill. One has to climb steep slopes. Not recommended for elderly and people having difficulty walking. Housekeeping people responded quickly and were good. Restaurant and in-room service starts only after 7am. So cannot get even milk before that.

Good place for stay but not to eat.
The rooms were good. Staffs are good too. They organize nice events in the evening for the family and kids. Food at the restaurant is poor. And also they make you wait for 30 to 45 minutes for a order. Not organized restaurant. Rest all good.
