Hotel rooms were very neat and clean. We travelled with our parents and 9 month baby. They helped with baby meals(we carried our utensil and baby food). They were very accommodating in every ask. Food menu was limited but taste wise it was good. Location is very accessible to major tourist spots. Resort is very beautifully maintained.

The rooms were very comfortable and cozy, loved the stay and services. Breakfast and overall services were excellent.

Need to improve wifi strength and door locks are not in proper conditions

Please find below details of my stay in brook resorts from July 26-27 Room taken:Garden view rooms Pros: a)Resort location is quite convenient and hardly 300-400 mts from pakkoda point. b)Service is top-notch and staffa are really helpful. c)Spacious parking for cars.. d)Environment within the resort is quite serene and full of trees. Cons: a)Had lot of disturbances from nearby resorts in terms of playing loud music whole night till next day which ruins your experience of you opt for deluxe rooms .Complained the same to the resort staff ,hopefully they will do some arrangements . b)Campfire time loud music was played which is not good as this destroys the serenity of the place . c)Please also ensure to have some barbecue setup even if you want to charge ,it's fine. Summary : Even though the resort is conveniently situated in a proper location with all the required amenities,requesting management to take some steps based on the cons I have mentioned above because to be honest when I pay a hefty amount to come and stay at your resort to have some quality time away from city the nearby distractions really kills the experience and I would definitely have a second thought booking your place second time.

I had booked garden view room but instead I got wall view room and room door and bathroom door both were broken. No shower head in bathroom. I really didn’t like the room i was given

it's good need some improvement on SPA related services apart from that all service are good room service are upto mark of the day

The ambience was pleasant, and all the essential facilities were available, making the stay comfortable. However, the food could have been better in terms of taste.qQ

Room was clean and neat. Hotel staffs are polite and very helpful. Bathrroom floor was broken where water was stagnant while bathing. Food is little expensive. Overall I will give 3/5 rating.

good place surrounded by coffee plants, pepper plants and lots of trees. spots for outdoor sports and swimming pool. friendly staff. nice food available at the resort restaurent itself

The place is close to Peeku park which is the best attraction in the area. The resort is very beautiful and rooms are great. not many food options and food tasted average. service is good.

Breakfast good. Good service. Dinner not good and too much oil. For children no entertainment inside resort. Campfire should be hosted by some representative from the resort. Bathing soap was excellent. Room was comfortable and frequent power cut.wifi is not working and no network. It was very difficult to make a call.

Room was good but employees not friendly. Everyone pls check the amenities before booking.... Most of the amenities are not available

outer environment is nice but the rooms are not good, there is a very bad smell in the bathrooms and the bathroom locks are not functioning. swimming pool is ok but few insects in the pool, not sure they are cleaning the water daily. restaurant is good but it take lot of time to make food, minimum 30-45 mins and no service in the morning for tea or coffee. campfire in the hotel is good. there is a temple nearby so loud noise heard in the room morning itself. overall poor/average not worth the money spent.
