It was a good property to stay with family. Appreciate the hospitality from the staff. Quick support from the team whenever required. Kids enjoyed a lot in playing area, the goose and with parrots maintained inside. Parking lot is very spacious. Magic shows, fire camp is extra ordinary compliment Overall the stay is comfort and enjoyable 😉

Went to spent a weekend, loved everything about this place. Check-in was smooth, food was excellent, room was well maintained, each and every staff were courteous. They arranged lots of fun activities like magic show, fire show etx for kids to enjoy. Special mention for the housekeeping staffs for their their tireless hard work with a smile.

Review Room - Poor lighting, no ventilation, smelly cupboards. Bathroom - Heater not working, water overflow or leakage issue. Food - Average Facilities - No wifi, not even bothered when raised complaints. Spa - Its a waste of money as no professional service. Overall - Unpleasant stay with total waste of money

A nice, clean and cost property. The in room entertainment and TV could be better. Housekeeping and staff are very diligent and courteous. Pricey restaurant. Although good live music and property activities to keep you engaged. Good for families with nearby attraction spots.

Good property at an excellent location, rooms are spacious, the restaurant serves excellent food however the service has scope for improvement. Many of the items on the MAP plan are unavailable which sours the experience for customers.

From top to bottom they did everything perfectly, like housekeeping, food, hospitality and well maintained rooms

Well maintained room , restaurant ambience was good , cordial staff , the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Excellent service, hotel staff are very polite, I stayed at the deluxe room well maintained and very clean. the hotel has all the amenities like restaurant, children play area, recreation center, bar, for team outing lawn, indoor games, spa, swimming pool etc, overall I am very happy with the stay and services provided. to add on hotel located center of Yercaud lake and Anna park to walk and chill out...

The stay was neat and pleasant, The staff were kind and friendly. Food at the restaurant is a little expensive but it's good.

The price we paid does not justify the quality of the stay. The food options were very limited and not up to the mark. Overall, it felt like we paid a premium for substandard service and experience.

I had a very pleasant stay in Shevaroys. I went for a special occasion - My daughter's birthday . I liked their hospitality and room cleanliness and service. Everything was very nice and appreciated, and my entire family was very happy to stay here, especially my daughter, she enjoyed the day. It was a memorable day in her life I'm sure on that and thank you for the reception team. They treated us very well, and they also joined with us for the small cakecutting party and and thank you for the complimentary gift, all over it was a very nice and wonderful experience with you guys. Thank you.

The stay was extremely good and better than we expected. The staffs were approachable and helpful. There were additional activities like magic show and fire show which especially the kids and also the adults enjoyed which was nostalgic. Food was awesome and is very close to the lake and other adventurous activity spot One feedback is, there is no common swimming pool in the property but in the app it showed its picture which was a little misleading. . Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed a lot.

Booked for one day stay and room space & breakfast was good. Power cuts happen commonly and my kid is not happy as she can't watch any program continuously. The power sockets in the rooms are old and most of them are not working. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Overall not worth for money and can find a lot of good villas for this price

Big property but poor maintenance of rooms, very dull services by the management. Very dim room lights, seepage in rooms and toilets were bot cleaned properly.

The resort is located at the center where you have easy access to lake , park and all other view points ., when we visited they were renovating hence no access to pool and other amenities ., when it comes to rooms , we felt that it could be slightly better for the money being spent ., would rate a 3 star for the room., The package was including breakfast , lunch / dinner ., Day 1 breakfast was too horrible that we couldn’t have anything from the menu ( too oily and no salt in any dishes ) - gave a feedback to restaurant and anticipated a change on day 2 ., it was even more worse ., we had to take breakfast from the nearby restaurants ., pls don’t expect any gud food here ., I have glanced through the reviews and everyone was praising their food ( May be their chefs would have changed and nothing was gud - even a coffee / tea for that matter ) .,

I have booked for orchid room, but hotel management offered me a different room which I have not booked. When I asked hotel management to provide the room which I booked. They mentioned all rooms are full, but I had a confirmed booking for orchid room. They asked me to cancel if you want we will refund. After sharing them all the booking details they offered my room. It was unpleasant experience with the hotel

Property location and maintenance is good. Food and services are worst. Order the food delivered it for more than a hour. Workers are lazy. Attenders never monitor the order delivery.absence minded peoples working there. Time delivery never followed.
