Nice calm place suitable for family vacation or for a couple. Property is inside forest type . Very good food . Very attentive n service oriented staff. Property is in other side of yercaud (when u travel from selam) . Can’t see the hill view which we see while climbing to town. Iris type of room can accommodate 3 adults two kids properly

Poor Stay
The property itself is ok in terms of landscape and all. The property is surrounded with nature. The rooms are not clean and clearly shows that the rooms are not maintained properly. The hygiene is low. The dining area is very small and is very dirty. The utensils show sign of aging. However the staff are good , response is good and food is reasonable.

Absolutely relaxing location and food. The resort experience amongst trees and nature is soulful and rejuvenating. Can have more spread of food. Customer service was excellent. Looking forward to stay with them again.

Need some improvements
Resort Ambience is good. Bed cleanliness for the cost we pay is making feel not the value(teared quilt). Pool was under maintenance. Food is good. Staff response is good. Kids toys are completely broken.

**Misleading Name – Not a Luxury Experience** The term *“Luxury”* in the resort's name is quite misleading. While rooms are spacious, maintenance and hygiene are poor—stained curtains, water seepage, dirty corners, and non working amenities like the AC and fridge. Bathrooms are subpar, with stained seat cover and faulty fittings, dustbin without foot pedal , soap dispenser with broken nozzle. Outdoor areas are poorly maintained, with overgrown lawns with centipede, snails all over. Swimming pool with broken filter system .Staff are untrained and lack basic hospitality. Hygiene in the restaurant is concerning—we saw a dropped serving spoon put back on the buffet table. No on-site parking, and guests must carry their luggage unless a staff member happens to be around. The sloped property layout is also inconvenient for elderly guests. They are filling the feedback form by themselves after checkout and later claiming as given by customer itself. This is unethical and questions their integrity. **Overall:** Not worth the “luxury” tag. A disappointing and mediocre stay. Will not recommend

good experience in la four seasons
Spacious rooms, good food, price for food seems to be nominal. Good climate. They had free magic show, free camp fire and they personally invited every room so that we don’t miss the show. It was nice of them.

Don't believe..Bad Experience
Had bad experience, no neatness from entrance to room. full of dust on tables and windows. Land phone also full dust and toilet was not clean. Really had bad experience. I booked appointment to SPA, they asked me to come by 6, when I reached he said please come after sometime as some outside guests coming. then he called me at 7 and ask me come. once I reached he is sorry we can't service you now. please come tomorrow. Very bad.. Don't believe youtube video and photos in net. not worth for money

Average Stay
Location was very good. Food was tasty. Complimentary breakfast should have more items being a 4-star stay. Lighting in resort area needs improvement.

Terrible Stay
This resort claims to be a 4-star property, but honestly, it doesn’t even deserve a single star. The kettle was dirty, and the receptionist was rude, arguing with clients instead of assisting them. There seemed to be no concern for customer comfort or satisfaction, which is crucial to encourage repeat visits.I was quite surprised by the unprofessional behavior of the staff in what is supposed to be a 4-star resort. It clearly lacks proper training. To make matters worse, the commode was stained and looked like something out of a public toilet. Overall, a very disappointing experience

very good resort especially when travelling with kids. Villa was spacious and better than shown in Pics. food was great and staff very cooperative.

Worst Experience
We thought to book a stay in this hotel on 10th to 11th May but mistakenly booked for 1 day later(11th to 12) and even we realized that after we reached the hotel. We requested the hotel staff to adjust the booking but they didn't agree. We talked to MMT and they agreed, they sent the amendment voucher to the hotel and tried to reach the hotel but no response from them and they even they declined that too.. But there was a vacant room in the hotel We got stuck in between with my family and not sure what to do. Such a worst behavior from the hotel management.

Be bring it to your kind sell that you have booked through make my trip and stayed in our resort, from the time of check in till dinner there is no issues, in dinner you came to the restaurant and order the food, within 17 minutes we served the food then after 7 minutes you made a running order and the same has been served, but it took little time, again you ordered for a running order during this time you keep on calling all the staffs and you are asking for the food, when the food arrived to your table you left the restaurant, when the served told you the food was in your table, still you just walked out. You came to the restaurant and started yelling and you wanted to meet the GM and you made the GM come and meet you, you didn't allow the GM to speak and straight away you said you were going to check out. Next day morning while doing the check out, again you didn't allow the front office staff and GM to speak and left the resort. As per the norms we fo

Disappointing Experience at La Four Season – Never Again! I recently stayed at La Four Season, and it was hands down one of the worst resort experiences I've ever had. First off, there is no parking space inside the property, so good luck dragging your luggage from wherever you manage to park. Speaking of luggage, don’t expect any help from the room staff—they simply watch as you struggle. The room itself? A disaster. The bedspread had stains, making me question their cleaning standards. To make things worse, the restaurant smelled awful, completely ruining any appetite we had. Now, for the so-called “fun” part: they don’t allow alcohol and smoking at fire camp. Overall, La Four Season was an absolute disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

We bring it to your kind self that you have booked in MMT and we have clearly mentioned our terms and conditions that we don't allow alcohol consumption in public areas. The issue started when we refused to buy liquor for you. If it was medicine or any other important material, we would have helped you, but you asked us to buy liquor and politely we refused it. After we informed you we dont allow guests to have alcohol in the public area, you are still trying to have it at a bonfire area. For the safety of your and other guests the security requested you to have your drinks in your villa. After several requests you went to your villa and thanks for the same. There are families who are there to enjoy the bonfire, in such a public gathering place, we can't allow people to have alcohol in a guest public gathering place and the same has been mentioned in our terms and conditions too. Kindly ask yourself If you are coming with your family and if someone has alcohol next to you, will you accept or feel inconvenience. The room was given in good condition only, the room cleanliness, linen cleanliness and all are fine, if there is an inconvenience you would have been called to the reception immediately, infect, we tried to call you to check whether you are comfortable or not, but the phone was not attended. Infact our security came to your room to inform you that we won't buy alcohol, but the room was not opened and there was no response from you. Regarding the foods, we serve fresh traditional food without food colouring and ajinomoto, we conveyed the message to our chefs to make further improvements. The place where you parked the bike was our parking area and it belongs to the resort, except our resort guest, no one else can park the bikes or cars. We have space for up to 30 cars to be parked. For breakfast we serve cut fruits, fresh juice, chocos, corn flakes, milk hot and cold, omelets, idly, vada, dosa, pongal with chutney and sambar, sweet, tea and coffee, as we mentioned before, we won't use taste improvement agents to enhance food, we use to serve our food like home style. Excellent Stay
Well maintained, very good environment, staff is too supportive and many things are there to do. Resort location is very good to take good photos. Mainly we can go on the roof of our room and there is one special area near to pool to climb are see the forest is also very good. My overall experience is very good.
