I would say this place is below average. I would not recommend anybody especially if you are coming with your family then and BIG NO. Room Size: Bigger than any average stay Bathroom: The door lock is broken, the faucet stand was hanging. After taking bath, the water does not flush out for hours. This makes it very dangerous as you might slip if you are not conscious. This needs to be fixed immediately. Lights: the lights in the room is not apt, because it’s a bigger room and lights given is not enough to illuminate the entire room. Bed: The spring bed makes a lot of noise. Internet: This is a challenge as network is also very less in this area. WiFi does not work at all. Toiletries: They provide only soap and a shampoo. No dental kit. It’s good to have not mandatory though. AC: The AC temp does not go down from 23 degrees though it was enough. Now the biggest issue which I felt: I went on my superbike, I was told the property has 24hours security and CCTV camera surveillance is there. When I checked in the morning I didn’t see any guard outside and more over they have switched off lights of outside or hotel where my bike was parked. I have never seen such careless behaviour towards the safety of the vehicles. Receptionist: All the staff working in this facility can talk only in Tamil. I am not expecting them to know any other language but I expect At least English otherwise whom non-Tamil guests will struggle in communication. This is the last time I have ever booked and stayed in this hotel. I never will. Thank you for whatever services was provided to me. I hope above feedback will be taken seriously. If not then also fine, as it won’t affect me anymore.

For transport and all its located in a good place. We stayed just 2 days.so somehow ok 😁 room service was delayed. overall ok.

Overpriced. Linens were dirty. Wifi connection was terrible. Breakfast was below average. I wont recommend anyone to take up this hotel for stay.

Had a very pleasant stay and staff here are very helpful.

While booking it is said we will get King size bed, Hotel had Queen size Bed, There was a mat near the bed which was extremely dirty, we noticed a cockroach inside the room, Bathroom is decent but we found some stagnant water all the time, Food provided by restaurant was not great, we happened to see some insects in dal.

The rooms were decent, staff were friendly, morning complimentary breakfast was good, room cleanliness and sheets could have been better. Bathroom was clean and well maintained, continuous hot water was available. Their in-house restraunt food was only ok. And very spicy.

Pathetic service by makemytrip for over charging for : paid 4837. 00 at mmt a week ago and ended up getting lousy room dirty black tiles with dirt between grout no tea coffee complimentary pack only 2shampoo and front desk guy was so eager that my kid who came for 30minute was told as extra. Then had to explain she was here a few and left already. So i already paid for us 3. Then he didnt say any. No chairs. Provided only after asked. Over charging restaurant with bad smelling water cups. And smelly rooms

Mentioned amenities were missing. No indoor games, no garden available in property. Room was neat and clean. Polite staff.

Stayed for 2 nights in a standard room that included breakfast. The room was smaller than expected yet comfy. The staffs were polite and the hospitality was exceptional which was the best part of it. Breakfast varieties were minimal but were served hot and fresh. Reasonable stay for the price. The kattabomman restaurant served food quality can be improved. .

Everything was good. Stay, location, food, amenities and service was good. I will recommend this to friends and family.

Breakfast which was served as complimentary was the same on all the 3 days - idly, dosa. Upon my request they had provided 2 slices of bread omelet. When i requested more, they said it was limited. So i had to agree upon 2 slices. Everything we have to request and get it, be it towels and other stuff. The milk which they had served was full of dust due to rust inside the flask. Even the hot water kettle available in the room was rusted. We had to request a new one, which was better compared to the previous one. It was kind of rusted as well. Breakfast served to the room was not covered with silver foils or plates. The credit card machine was not working and was not informed upfront. I had specifically mentioned to the manager to clean the room but it was not cleaned. The ambience was good and the room was spacious. People working there are very young boys who were trying to help as much as possible. I had been to treebo hotels and they are the benchmarks while i stay in other hotels. Loads of things have to be improved.

The hotel is walkable distance from the bus stand. The restaurant is good and food is good. The staff is helpful. Water and hot water is good. The rooms are neat and well maintained. Room size is small. Good breakfast and night dinner is also good on order.

It was a really good stay and the facilities and amenities provided was up to the mark ! the cost of the standard room was to the higher side and not worth it ! but still the stay and trip was enjoyable. Staff and service was reasonably good.

Reception was good, was explaining well about my room and the services they provide. Rooms were neat and clean. Hospitality was good. Staff behaviours were beyond expectations. Complimentary breakfast was good. Car parking was ok and not up to the mark. Overall a good experience. Happy to stay with them.

Exceptional hotel and well maintained, staffs are very humble and helpful. Special mention for the in house kattaboman restaurant which serves tasty delicacies. Final mention to the owner alexander who is very helpful for additional requests.
