had a truly pleasant stay at this property. The location was very convenient and well-connected, making it easy to explore nearby places. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing experience. Food options were delicious with good variety, and the amenities provided were more than satisfactory. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to coming back again!

Property is very nice for family who wants to relax in middle of full greenery. Limited rooms give advantage for silent place. As its little far from Central circle, road is narrow which cause lot of traffics. Just few items in the room was not working like TV Dryer etc. Food is really good especially Non Veg.

We stayed as a group. Everything was very good. The staff are exceptional. They go out of the way to meet your needs. Food was also decent. Nice clean rooms amid a 40 acre coffee plantation.

We had a wonderful time at shambala. The location is easily accessible and at the same time away from all the noise of the bustling town. The restaurant has a decent variety of offerings that we need to p reorder from and its made on time. The breakfast spread was delicious. The short trek available on the plantation is nice. The staff are extremely courteous and loved their service. The rooms are spacious, neat, clean and in a heritage decor which is very lovely. We availed the spa service which was very good. Overall we enjoyed a relaxed stay at shambala. This is my second time there and would love to go back again.

The stay at shambala resorts was indeed a great stay. Well groomed staffs, well packed property with lush greens, so cozy surroundings and the bonfire in the evening was supreme. Food is absolutely amazing, chef is a nice person who takes care of the guests choices and taste. The coffee plantation tour by the estate manager is also informative.

Lovely property, nestled in the midst of a coffee plantation. Very peaceful serene atmosphere. Although peace was shattered for a while by some loud uncaring guests. Lovely delicious food , local fare as well as North Indian, continental….. . Very caring ,courteous staff right from check in to check out. Lot of opportunities for trekking in complete solitude and silence only broken by chirping of birds and insects.

Very good staff, they helped me with my luggage movement to and from the room. The rooms were very clean.

The stay was great but we were thoroughly disappointed with the taste of food. Selection of dishes in the buffet were mismatched with the correct accompaniment not being served. No non veg option in the buffet. Ala cart e food was also not upto the mark. Quality of food has gone down since the last time we visited- rooms were however very good and service was good.

Very beautiful property. Nestled in greenery and coffee plantation this is exactly a place to relax. Tasty and sumptuous food was served along with bornfire was highlight. Very helpful and courteous staff made the experience more enjoyable. Morning tea in the courtyard with golden rays of sunlight was bliss. A very happy stay. We stayed just for one night but would definitely visit again.

The rooms are good and spacious. Property is well maintained, but horrible behaviour of the front office staff. I do had checked in on 24-dec 2023 at 1pm and the staff informed lunch and dinner is compulsory buffet at 3500- per pax later they discounted to 2500- each member. I refused as while booking there is nothing mentioned as mandatory, then they started arguing and telling you had booked 4months prior etc. They need to request the guests with options of food, we were travel-ling with old age people. Lunch they provided alacarte but not dinner and this property is in a plantation stay little away from the city limit. So be aware of the restaurant service

Property is very good located around the tress. Rooms are very neat and clean karaikudi style rooms. My kid and wife were enjoyed

The place is situated in a coffee estate and lots are organic vegetable and fruit plants are situated around the property. The place can be relaxing but if u are looking for place with activities then this will not be for you.

Shambala is the perfect place for people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It's situated in a coffee estate yet just a quick drive away from yercaud's central town square. The rooms are quite spacious, the food options were great and affordable and the staff were extremely courteous.

Location- good place, bit away form yercaud city but with no network (airtel, jio. Food - average rating on food too, needs to give order 45 minutes before and then putting yourself in guess for your appetite. Amenities- average as wifi speed was less than 5mbps. Cart service is good. Nature-walk and property tour is just for timepass no real experience shared.
