Hotel LeCressida

Very nice stay. The location is near by boat house . Room was very neat and clean. Kids are enjoyed the swimming pool.

The hotel was good, clean rooms and washrooms. Also the location is 2 km from the center of the city which makes it very peaceful to stay. The hotel is on a slight hill which gives a pretty good view from the room. The management is also good, very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommended for stay

The hotel is very friendly. It has good food. But power and internet was not at all available. Although they have power back up. But mobile network and internet was not there

Decent location, good outside view. We had issues in our room but addressed by the staffs immediately. We’re taken care by them with the needed support. Breakfast or food has limited varied and have options to improve. Overall, good stay and good / caring staff

I stayed there for 2 days ie; 29th dc and 30th dec. Breakfast fast was disappointing. Same food with only 2 items was only available. Not even removing plates when people had their breakfast. Though i had taken option for lunch/dinner also, thought of not having it from there with my experience on breakfast. Room is very highly priced. Average room. Informed them to clean the room after first day. Bedsheets were not changed. New bottle of water was not provided. Even they didn't change the towels. Had to call room service and made them bring everything. The tap in the bathroom was damaged. They told that they will repair next day, but nothing was done. Not worth for a stay unless you didn't get any other hotels there.

Good amenities memorable stay. good and humble caring staff. Splendid nature view. Excellent property.

Only good thing is room other than that pathetic service. There is no resturant in hotel it's only a small kitchen and for one coffee we had to wait like an hour. Can't believe i spent 4500rs for this poor service. Not recommended

It was a nice stay at the hotel. Room was spacious. It was close to lake as well. Food was good but it takes time for room service. I never got this much discount any time

We are stayed july'23. It's a nice experience. Positively, hotel infrastructure, room's space, viewing spot, swimming pool, other activities & good hospitality. Negatively, breakfast had very similar varieties, pongal no vadai tea no coffee bread no butter no juices, no salad. Room service some lagging. But all over it's a pleasent & royally stay.

Staff tries to make up for management deficiency but management needs to really get few things right before this becomes a good place to stay.

Good stay in lecressida, value for money, at night fire camp was good.

Our stay was very memorable and had a wonderful time staying in le cressida and also beautiful yercaud. The hotel is located at a beautiful place overlooking a valley and the mist flowing down the valley is breathtaking. We took two rooms and the valley view sunrise room was awesome with full length glass with valley view. The food was very tasty and really enjoyed the rooftop dining. Room service is excellent and very friendly staff. Pool is also very good with kids pool.

The rooms were great, very comfortable, great view it will be much better if they have 24 hours tea and coffe service. Kitchen will closed by 9

Positive: near and clean rooms gave early check in without any question swimming pool is good improvement:can increase breakfast dishes. Overall had good stay
