The grand stay elite service apartment is located in the heart of Salem , Fairlands Area . The room was spacious and comfortable. It is good for one night stay here , as it doesn’t have dining or other facilities like in hotel .

stayed for a night. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff are friendly. Parking space available for maybe like 4 cars. we had a parking space. Facility is within residential area. so very safe.

The rooms were clean, bathrooms were well maintained. Good hot water facility. Ac was effective. Staff very cooperative and provided guidance on local travel mode. For tea, coffee etc outlets nearby. Overall great stay

It is at a great location with a good parking facility, clean spacious rooms and supportive staff.

It was an excellent stay at grand stay elite at one of the prime location fair-lands at salem. The front office staff are very supportive and attended to requirements immediately. It's an excellent choice for travel-ling with family and would like to stay in a boutique style service apartment. The plus is a lot of green around the property and very close to main road, food outlets, and the city itself.

Good ambience, nice & clean rooms. No foods available here. Overall good homestay experience. I personally suggest for those who loves homestay

रूम सर्व्हिस नही थी. रूममे बहुत ज्यादा moscito थे. रूम साफ करके नही रखिथि . कोई breakfast नहीं था. एक व्यक्तीही सब काम कर रहा था. इस वजहसे बहुत ज्यादा वक्त लग रहा था. फिरसे यह हॉटेल prefer नही करुंगा.

First of all, mm t didn't mentioned it as a serviced appartment! i got to know about it only on my arrival. The only plus is, it's location. Approx 1 km from bus stand, neat and calm surroundings, big specious rooms and many restaurants is in walkable distance. But it seems, they doesn't have enough staffs to maintain the property. Every time i needed to wait at reception to see a staff. Cleaning also not good. I saw used soap and empty shampoo pocket in bathroom upon checked in. There is strong cigarette smell also present in that room. Next day they changed my room for some reason. In that room also, bathroom fittings got damaged. No cloth stand provided. I saw many used cigrate pieces in the balcony and i mentioned it at reception staff. But they didn't care much. They also hesitate to give complimentary water bottle. No coffee or tea bag, kettle, dental kits provided in the room. I requested them to change my used dustbin and kept it out side of my room, but it's not been done for the entire day! over all its not a pleasant stay for me!

Had booked a 1 night stay through mmt. Location of this property is one great plus with many options for food and shopping nearby within walking distance. Rooms are well maintained and service is good. Parking space is limited with space for 4-5 cars. But street parking is available. Truly recommended.

Property is in good location. All restaurant are nearby only. L felt as homeliving. It was good. We could stay peacefully avoiding all no-icy city side.

Excellent room. Great service. Conveniently located. Stayed here with family. We enjoyed our time here. Will come here again whenever i visit salem.

We chose this place for night stay enroute kerala to chennai and our budget we were amazed at the location (posh residential area with many shopping and eatery outlet on walking distance) we were more amazed at the room size, luxury, bed comfort, extra bed convenience without any follow up and toiletries were all far more than expectation for this budget we will further stay here only during our upcoming trips, request to maintain the same condition and not increase the cost further

The stay was good, all the staffs was friendly. Stayed there for a week and they allowed us cook in their kitchen also. Toilets and rooms were neat and clean
