Very worst poor towels provided only one, as bathkit only one soap one shapoo given waste even charging hotels willprovide better towels and welcome kit. The bathroom is poor. Devi towers once it's been the nice hotel I stayed b4 five years now it has become old no renovation has been done waste of money if u stay here.

Lack of maintenance in the room, AC took time to cool, Rooms smells cigarettes and mold, and worn out bathroom towels and linens. Staffs are friendly, and we asked for additional toiletries they were happy to provide. If they take good care for maintenance the property will be top-notch in Salem

We got packed breakfast and it was worse. Smelly and dusty rooms.

Dirty room, not clean room & toilet bathroom bad smell 👃, AC not work.

The stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and the location was amazing. It is perfect for families as well as solo travellers

worst ever checked in 1.30 am and morning told to change the room and give..still all the rooms were the same condition.so checked out..hotelier told to cancel by ourself which I could not..i complained with the support team..and yet to get the response

Ac was working in a poor condition as it was centralised. Hotel does not have hot water facility. and the house keeping staff was very rude and unprofessional does not have manners to speak.

Linen spreads where dirty when checked in. When asked to change the hotel staff had staff started to mention that if required you can check in 5 star hotel and here this is the maximum. Very old setup. Not worth of money.

Old Property but maintaining in a good manner. It's in an ideal Location for reaching the Railway station, Bus stand and Business spots.

Hotel is ok but driver not comfortable becouse he drive full day n not give to place sleep properly, goverment rules all-ready give place to sleep so i booked other hotel in salem today.

The stay was good, we reached at 4 pm using our flexible check in, but we were asked to check out the next day at 12 pm itself, we had a minor issue in the reception which was then solved. I specifically booked the room for 3 members but no additional bed were provided.

The staffs are not friendly, the ac is not working i asked for room change they are ready to provide me another room initially after some arguments they just provide another room key. No responsible person was there in that hotel, the receptionist didn't know when i was checked in. The location is prime that's the only good thing i faced in hotel devi towers.

Hotel looks very good. Inside and outside but the water spray in our room toilet wasn't working properly and we should check-out at 12pm next day, no matter when we check-in if it's a booking, but if we gone there without booking it's 24hrs i don't know why they have a policy like that. We checked in after 8pm on 12th nov, our train was 2:50pm on 13th nov but we check-out at 12 pm and had to wait in the railway station

Old hotel and total in bad shape

It's been a good place to stay over night, rooms are clean and staff are supportive. This place is near by market.

Property is located in prime location but very old property not maintained well. Ac is very bare minimum and not cleaned.

Hotel devi towers was pathetic. Not cleaned properly, linens were not changed, insects all over the room, intercom not working properly, etc. i don’t want to remember this stay

The property is a very old structure. If you are someone who expects courtesy then you will be disappointed. The rooms show aging and are not maintained as clean as you expect in a good lodge. Reception and housekeeping are not responsive. I don't recommend this property to anyone. I am sure there are many good properties in salem at this price point.
