The location is very nearest to main bus stand and shopes and all, the first my disappointment is tbe toilet was used by someone else and in inform to the front desk no response , in the room the air conditioner was not properly worked , no hot water , the wardrobe handle is broken can't open it , the door bell is not working , there is no towel in the bathroom totally it's not worth for the money .....

very good. good rooms with nice hospitality. we arrived at 1 o clock in midnight, but we didn't face any problem s. room was neat and clean. bathroom was clean. in morning food was nice with variety.

The room is neat and clean but the service is not good. The staff are not professional and they don't know how to treat the customer. only the benefit of the hotel is near the busstand and railway station.

Good stay
Overall experience was good. With some areas needed to be addressed. Towels, soap were requested and followed up. Cigar and alcohol smell in the lobby too.

Room smell is poor and smoking smell always. There was no soup, water, towels and AC condition was wrist.

AMR Experience
Food quality is good. But towels nd toiletries were not kept . After our several reminders only , they gave us. This need to be improved.

Totally we are not happy
There is no parking space for Tempo traveler. Food ok. Main problem is rooms inside Rat. Rooms service is very bad.
