Hotel Salem Castle

Located close to the new bus stand. Clean rooms. However, over prized.

Rooms are very small , and they are normal. price per day excluding breakfast, but they are charged based on the demand.

Just one half-liter water bottle is provided per occupant. No chair to sit. Staff are courtious.

Booked because Radisson , palazzo , grand estancia were full. Breakfast served at 0845instead of 0730. Shower handle is broken

The overall experience was good. Good Food and Good Facility. And convenient location.

its seems to be a very old lodge which has been renovated ok for a day or two to stay. cant pay a rupee more than 2500 including breakfast. the rooms are small. over all decent experience , the breakfast was good. thank you .

They not even, giving plates to outside food. so rude behaviour. fr that amount rooms are so small..

Hotel room ok. But food is not at all good. Complementary breakfast items are delayed in serving. For example poori was over and many of us waited for a long time for refilling. Same for vada. Noon food is not good especially fried rice items. For room the charge is very high. not worth.

Food items are very less. But hygienic and served well. And delay in cooking but served hot........

Only prices were like 3 star hotel. Unless it's local upgraded lodge only. No proper air-conditioned. No cleanings in bathrooms. Very worst experiences i had there. The stay at hotel salem castle was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. The food both ala carte as well as the breakfast buffet was tasty and the spread was good. Overall a great stay. Done.

Cleanings should be improved. Room service was not available properly. Buffet was not good.

Hotel location is highly prime center, easy access to all the business center in salem, stay was plea-sent nice hospitality, room was highly spacious with very nice city view from the private balcony nice restaurant, food served to room was very tasty, food delivered to room with quick turn around time, all the basic & required amenities are well placed in the room.

This property staff (front office person) doesn't know how to speak with customers. Facility in the room us not upto the mark. Bed condition are nit comfortable to sleep. Overall, this property is not vale for money. Sorry for this comment but it's my experience during my stay

i paid for this one night stay. by paying so much amount i expect some amount of luxury. but it was an average room, with a small size bedroom and toilet. for this amount in a place like salem, i wud have got extra luxury undoubtedly. price is huge plus the staff hospitality is average. i had to request two times to send me an employ dinner plate. they were adamant to even send that. then finally i said i paid for this room for a night and u r so unwilling refusing to even give me an empty dinner plate. on a nutshell, it’s an average satisfaction staying in the salem castle
