Hotel O Royal Residency

The property was on the 2nd floor and it doesn't have a lift to carry heavy luggage and take the elders to upstairs and the building is also very old and not neatly painted and in bathrooms no hangers and leakages from roof its very irritated so overall its poor maintenance and used alcohol bottles are thrown at tha corner of the floors we felt uneasy to stay with family and with girl children

very unhygienic hotel not at all clean dirty bedsheet and pillow uncleaned bathroom too much bad smell not a proper ventilation photos are different from what they uploades one of the worst experience i found the hotel i have felt very bad

During my stay, I encountered a few issues: room service was not available, there were no water bottles in the room, and I didn't receive the AC remote control

I am terribly disappointed for promoting the hotel without any sort of validation of the property. O Royal Residency doesn't qualify as a hotel by any standards. The property is a shabby lodge being marketed as a hotel. I checked in at 6.45 AM today and I was told that my room has been alloted to someone else because I turned up late. I was alloted a room without a functional air-conditioning, no drinking water, dirty walls, no mirror in the wash room, bath towel was provided on request and no provision of placing the bath towel or clothes with in the bathroom Unprofessional! Period! A full refund of the charges paid by be will not be adequate for this disappointment and ordeal.

I didn't even check in to that place, the road is gloomy and full of drunkards when I tried to visit at around 9:00 pm, I raised a request for refund there is no action from make my trip till now

The place was really not so clean and room full of insects. The bed was below average and the only good about the stay is the staffs there. They are really kind and helping. Thank you

The worst say ever in my life. No clean bed sheet they even didn't change the pillow cover even on request. The steel cot bend at center and we are sleeping in curved poseur. The tap in bathroom are broken and restroom are very shabby. over all this hotel is not fit for family are decent people

The best hotel there is neat and clean then the hotel is alone. Low budget and some facilities are available

The property's location is fine. The services provided there were quite good. Where, there was no disturbance. The rooms were kept neat and clean. The Air conditioner was also good 😊🤙💯. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and felt right at my home 🏡.

It was a very horrible stay at royal residency. First thing you will be charged extra while your check in whereas if you don't pay your stay will be denied. There is no lift but rooms are located in 2 nd & 3rd floor. Ac will not work, while your booking you will be mentikned that there is complimentary breakfast available but they don't have that facility so you will not provided. If you raise a compliance to the hotel i'm sure your time will be wasted that there will be no solution for that. Even if you raise a complaint towards our booking app you can get a simple text that "sorry for the inconvenient caused. Its not suit for family stay. Somehow i had managed as i travel single. Better please kindly avoid this hotel.

This property charging high amount, when i reach property he asked more 1050 rs from me and saying room not available you discuss with customer care, room condition are very bad in this hotel, bed sheets, towels are not in good condition, and on bad there ant are running when i ask to change room the asking extra amount so i am not recommend any one this property

Had a great experience staying here. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary things. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and tidy. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Worst, bad, terrible never ever book this hotel. Worst rooms, dirty beds, public toilets like toilet, ac just for name sake, fan just for hanging. I suggest no one to book this hotel.

All good but bedsheet not cleaned and also pillow cover not washed water plant area not cleaned otherwise ok for all also lift facility not available.
