Hotel O Ruma Near Nampally Railway Station

The room was not what they are showing in the MakeMyTrip app. The whole room was so dingy, even the washroom has fungus in it, and there were no water in the toilet flush, and the normal tap wouldn't even stop completely. It was disgusting to stay like this. The AC was broken too. Had a very disgusting stay.

Location is good and accessible. Very bad condition of the hotel. Not clean at all. Too many mosquitoes in the room. Washroom is terrible. The mattress is of very bad quality. Worst hotel ever

My stay was worse here. Leash water was leaking so flesh was not wk g properly. Landline phone not available. Tv was not working. In ac room window glass were removed so practically it was not ac, exhaust was not working. All doors wood was rotten and broken. Hotel is not worth staying. Cleanliness is worse

Maintanence is worst and collecting more money though you booked on-line. How direly they are collecting huge amount is really unfair. Rude behaviour by receptionist. Mainly in feedback, they are giving reply as they will rectify all, but nothing will be done.

1. Price shown and at property has huge difference and have been asked for the more money but customer care taken care still had waste age of 30 mins. 2. Cleaning issue not clean at all bathroom has leakage in all tabs

Before two three years the service, cleanliness, atmosphere was very good. But now it is decreased to 50. This is my 6/7th stay at this hotel

After confirmation msg received from makemytrip contacted the hotel concerned about our visit. They squarely denied to provide room stating that they cannot provide room agaist discounted price given by makemytrip. This issue may pl be taken-up
