In our room, that ceiling fan made too much noise so can't sleep well

The room is not good, the bed sheets and pillows provided are in very bad condition(torn)

The room was very small and the bedsheets are not clean. AC Cooling is too low even at 16 Degree C. If you’re staying alone, it’s okay for one night stay. Not recommendable if you’re staying with kids or family.

The maintenance is very poor; the bed and old pillow covers have not been changed. There is no dustbin in the room, and the TV channels are also not working properly. Overall, the level of dissatisfaction is high.

Very small room, not maintained well. Wall stickers were torn, Door locks were jamming, AC was m not clean, AC remote not working, TV remote was not provided and disgusting thing is Cockroaches inside the room. Toilets were maintained well. Location is good, at walkable distance to Salem Junction Little overpriced for the money paid.

total waste of money , they have no water , glass ,neet towel they provide me dirty bed sheet and pillow cover

Not good , no doubt staff was polite and all but A.C was not working properly ,bed sheet was dirty , blanket as well and lot of mosquitoes . I asked for room cleaning 3 time they didn’t come and it’s mentioned that they provide dental kit and all but they didn’t, i asked they told me no sir we don’t provide only one soap and water bottle,
