The receptionist very worsted

Hi I'm manjunath, the stay room was good and the reception and the security were also welcoming to me, near the restaurant are very good, Bus stand also nearby, I took non-ac but room was neat and clean, thanks for making my trip happy 🙏.

We are same district with 70km distance we planed stay this hotel and purchase some things and will go for Chennai at night...and booked through online 3days before...but hotel receptionist not given room for same district...we given proof after that he get extra money 1500rs then allotted room....very worst experience

The stay was very comfortable and calm atmosphere.... Mainly the satffs are very polite...

Gr residency is not allowed to stay us, because of GR residency is not permitted to remain as, when I checked in, they requested identity proof documents. I provided my identity proof documents, but they insisted that both identity proof documents were necessary, even though it was not mentioned that both were required. Consequently, I lost my money and faith in your service.

1) No restaurant in premises.. Even ForTea/ coffee.. One has to pay in advance to the room boy to fetch from a nearby hotel. 2) Residency is in a very congested place.. Full of small shops.. Cars may have difficulty to drive thru. 3) Non ac rooms have no proper ventilation..one small window facing a wall. Very suffocating. Ac rooms may be ok.. I personally do not like Ac in my room. 4) Rooms are too small for the price.. No moving space 5) Counter staff are very polite

Staying in the property very nice, but by car to reach the property is very difficult, very conjuncted area, very very small road.

Hotel has 0 parking available . It is located in a busy commercial Street. Have to park car In corporation parking building in new bus stand and walk to hotel ( around 100 meters, hotel paid for the parking there) Average hotel. Pillow cover was brown color on one side.
