Very good one. Neat and clean. We were provided us with a room on the ground floor itself. For food, just next is Adayar anand bhuvan for veg food. Superb food. Then there is one non veg restaurant behind. Superb non-veg and very nice food. Highway touch. Ample parking space too. Just fyi there is no lift and no hot water kettle. Still I would give a 5/5.

Spent a night with my family there. Stay was nice . The room was clean . Nearby there are A2B and other hotels and bakeries. The location was also calm. Totally a nice and affordable hotel.

Stay was good ,had A2B right next to it and room was clean and spacious all essentials were provided. The parking is open and also the AC is not that powerfull enough to cool the room entirely.

I stayed at Palm Residency in an Executive Room and had a pleasant experience. The room was very neat and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Though I didn’t use many amenities, the overall impression of the property was positive. Based on the cleanliness and room quality alone, I would consider staying here again.
