The staff was way over their heads, non-cooperative, had their strict rules about non-speaker policy and food timings, but when it came to them, they never opened the play area and other such things on time. Service was poor - Never cleaned plates on time and did not cooperate with baby food. Just one good thing about the property - It was beautiful and located at a peaceful location.

Location of the property was ok but property lack basic amenities like Gym, Swimming pool or any kids play area which does not make it long duration stay option. Food quality was below average. Service other than valet is average and no wow factor at all during entire stay. Overall it was an average Hotel which definitely does not go with brand like Regenta. I felt like paying extra if I compare with the service and amenities I got. Thanks!!

Nicely located with a beautiful valley view. Can witness sunrise and sunset from the property. Good food with nice options for kids and adults.

1) Restaurant service is extremely poor. They provide Hi-tea from 4-6 pm with the booking and we went at 5pm to take the same. By that time their snacks were finished, infact most of the guests came after 5 pm for Hi-tea and everyone waited till 6 to get the same. At exact 6pm the person removed the Hi-tea counter without bothering to serve to the guests. Highly untrained staff. 2) The resort is not at all wheelchair friendly/senior citizen or kids stroller friendly. They have stairs everywhere which are difficult to climb multiple times. 3) At this rate other better options can be booked and people should avoid booking here just because it's Regenta.

Very peaceful place. The property is good. We enjoyed staying there. Weather was quite cold in night take warm clothes.
