It was a good stay but need some improvements

Room was comfortable but not so good, it was small. Hotel was hygienic. Location was good but far from main City. Staff behavior was good and food was also nice.

It was group trip, room was good, location was not convenient, hotel services and staff behavior was excellent. Overall it was an average stay.

The hotel was far away from the mall Road. Food was good. Room services and housekeeping were okay. Room was fine as well. The tv in the Road was not working. All the other amenities were provided in the room.

The hotel is located away from the mall Road. The entrance from the main Road to the hotel should be improved. Food was okay. Services were fine. Room heater was not provided in the hotel. Electricity was a main issue there.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel and the staff was always available to help. The hotel is bit off from the Mashobra market into the forest area but that's the beauty of the location.

Poor arrangements, in freezing cold they does not provide any room heating appliance, no kettle. Moreover they did not bother only inspite of asking.
