Our stay was wonderful, location is peaceful and serene. Our room with mountain view was awesome. Must mention the food and service is excellent, the staff takes a very good care. Loved our stay

No outside sitting place, no balcony, hotel staff is not cooperative with customers, very late delivery service, worst food

They have only mattress in name of extra bed, the old resort with very very small elevator which is good for nothing

Bed room furnishing & ambience was not up to the mark the prices for nonmembers were vey high for food rates for spa e were exorbitant

The hotel was not upto the mark as expected was not at all keeping up to it’s price. Really overpriced for the services and room they were offering.

The location of the hotel is good. It's on the connection road to mashobra and naldhera. Craignano nature resort is very near, around 10 minutes drive from this property. The hygiene standards maintained in the property were of high standards. Bathrooms were clean. The play areas and dining area were quite clean. The buffet breakfast was really tasty and had a variety of options. However, the ala carte options were very expensive. The location is safe.

The place is little away from shimla but worth it very scenic and peaceful place and all the main attractions in shimla are quite a few kms from here

The staff was very careful in maintaining social distancing and handling food. Food in the buffet was served by the staff itself so it's not handled by different people. Hospitality and service was great
