I have been regular guest At Ramada Varanasi but in my recent visit in Sep’25 I found that they are into mismanagement like leaking water in room, no AC in gym etc which I didn’t expect from such property. Feedback was given at the property as well hope they will act and improve:)

I had an average experience at Ramada by Wyndham, Varanasi. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with poor food quality and an unfair charge for drinking water,The staff was not supportive or welcoming. To make things worse, ongoing construction made the stay extremely noisy. Overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the quality of service and experience provided. I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable or relaxing stay.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor quality of services and behavior we experienced during our recent stay at your hotel.
A group of 9 guests including myself stayed at Ramada Varanasi on the night of 16th August 2025, and we were extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
The specific issues we encountered include:
* Poor service quality from the hotel staff.
* Unhygienic and substandard food, which was not up to the expectations of a reputed hotel like Ramada.
* The swimming pool was not clean, and there was no proper attendant available to manage or assist guests.
* The behavior of the floor manager on duty, Mr. Vijay, at around 11:00 PM (23:00 hours) on the night of 16th August was unprofessional and unacceptable.
We had higher expectations from a hotel that carries the Ramada name, but unfortunately, our experience was far below standard. We request you to take strict action against the concerned staff members and ensure such incidents are not repeated in the future.
We hope for a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at Ramada Varanasi. The room service was poor – long delays and lack of basic attentiveness. Even after repeated requests, simple things like drinks ordered to room service took atleast 45 mins to arrive.
What made the experience worse was the behavior from the staff. They hung calls without even listening to what you are saying.Hospitality should be a strength at any hotel, especially one under the Ramada brand, but I found the staff unhelpful and dismissive.
Would not recommend this location unless service standards are improved significantly.
