Location was good but most items in breakfast were repetitive lacking innovation Staff was courteous and helpful but not very keen towards making people experience wonderful

spa not working, noise due to repairing work however we haven't informed. park and walking track not properly cleaned

2. Renovation was being done in few floors and there were times during the day when it was disturbing. 3. At least on 2 occasions saw cockroach in room Good Points: 1. Very good service, very prompt. 2. Very polite and kind staff members 3. Buffet breakfast is fairly good and overall restaurant food is also fine but slightly on the expensive side

I have been regular guest At Ramada Varanasi but in my recent visit in Sep’25 I found that they are into mismanagement like leaking water in room, no AC in gym etc which I didn’t expect from such property. Feedback was given at the property as well hope they will act and improve:)

hotel was neat and clean staff was cool. food is also good. more over it is in the center of varanasi .

It was a wonderful stay . The Ramada team made it a memorable stay with a special cake to celebrate our anniversary too.The staff were very polite and courteous .They made our breakfast and dinner a very pleasant experience with very good service and good food

The Location was good but food was not so good amenities are good service also good The restaurant was clean and neat

The propriety is good but the room I got (2122) was way below mark. 1) WiFi was not available in the room. 2) Hot water was not available. 3) The view from the room was weird looking terrace with lot of spilled water. The complaint for WiFi and Hot water was not addressed at all

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The housekeeping staff did a great job in ensuring cleanliness throughout my stay. The ambiance of the hotel was elegant and welcoming. The food was excellent – the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, both Indian and continental, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The in-house restaurant also offered delicious meals with good portion sizes. The amenities were well thought out, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and ample parking space. The Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, which made it easy to stay connected.

I had an average experience at Ramada by Wyndham, Varanasi. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with poor food quality and an unfair charge for drinking water,The staff was not supportive or welcoming. To make things worse, ongoing construction made the stay extremely noisy. Overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the quality of service and experience provided. I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable or relaxing stay.

The property is well-maintained, beautiful and very peaceful. No hussle nothing. Staff is very helping and polite. They assist in every aspect of stay. Food was very tasty.

One of the good property in Varanasi ..best peaceful location …. Cost is little bit higher.

Room AC not working properly called for check AC also tell them to change room if there is problem in AC . Also in breakfast menu food quality is very poor as I also stay in other ramada hotel . Pool facilities they stop . Construction voice is there ..

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor quality of services and behavior we experienced during our recent stay at your hotel. A group of 9 guests including myself stayed at Ramada Varanasi on the night of 16th August 2025, and we were extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The specific issues we encountered include: * Poor service quality from the hotel staff. * Unhygienic and substandard food, which was not up to the expectations of a reputed hotel like Ramada. * The swimming pool was not clean, and there was no proper attendant available to manage or assist guests. * The behavior of the floor manager on duty, Mr. Vijay, at around 11:00 PM (23:00 hours) on the night of 16th August was unprofessional and unacceptable. We had higher expectations from a hotel that carries the Ramada name, but unfortunately, our experience was far below standard. We request you to take strict action against the concerned staff members and ensure such incidents are not repeated in the future. We hope for a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

maintenance issue was faced and when i inform to duty Manager who done and given unlogical statements and also. service was very poor and don't staying there anyone

I was quite disappointed with my stay at Ramada Varanasi. The room service was poor – long delays and lack of basic attentiveness. Even after repeated requests, simple things like drinks ordered to room service took atleast 45 mins to arrive. What made the experience worse was the behavior from the staff. They hung calls without even listening to what you are saying.Hospitality should be a strength at any hotel, especially one under the Ramada brand, but I found the staff unhelpful and dismissive. Would not recommend this location unless service standards are improved significantly.

need changes in services and overall accommodation services not up to the mark as compared to other units of d same not ever which was shown in the pictures hygiene was ok .. interior was not good at all as compared with rates there was no charm at all

The experience was quite sour. Had booked 5 rooms and Every room had an issue especially the washrooms. Plus the washrooms aren’t clean enough. Front desk staff not at all courteous. Not at all value for money.
