Hotel Madin

The breakfast spread was good but the food lacks taste. The staff in the restaurant is very courteous and nice. The room sizes are average and i could see traces of mold in the bathroom.

the staff is so cooperative and with smiling face , the food is good and as per our requirement the cook prepared the food for fast(vrat) for us , the room are so comfortable, the overall experience is so good as we have one guest with wheelchair and the hotel staff always assits us with it.

Location is good food ok too spicy all other clean and need. But near reception wash room clean but urinal smell overall good .

Rooms were clean and hygienic, and the hotel is placed in good area which is big plus it's little far from the ghat but which is good as ghat area is completely crowded.. all big hotels and resturant are near the hotel and hotel also have a good resturant.. the only problem is with service provided by hotel those are not on time for example if room clean is asked after 10 am they don't do it we have to call multiple times to get it done..

Reception , services ,restaurant ,room amenities, proximity to temple ,attentive and respecting staff , easy to and fro transport ( what ever you need right from sharing auto to private car )cleanliness . Its excellent

Service is not good. Room service very slow working, foods no testy. Chicken size big. Services delay in order time

Hotel - room not given which was booked. Upon request, they changed the room. Location - far from temple. Auto rickshaws bargain a lot. Food - average.

Madin is an excellent hotel. Great service, extremely courteous service, very nice food etc. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. I will surely like to stay there again.

The amenities were excellent but the hospitality and smiling faces of staff is lacking. Under trained staff not as per 5 star quality. The ambience was less welcoming and it was smelling weird at the reception. Food was not served with love to indians as compared to foreigners. Services should be equal to all as we are paying the same. The food tasted average.
