AC was not functional . No hot water in bath room

On reaching at 6 pm informed for AC not working no response or remedial action through out the night checked put at 6 am In double occupancy only one towel was provided no hand towels Wash basin in bathroom overflowing with water trippling down No one responding to calls in the night for drinking water even horrible stay Not worth staying again just threw away money for hotel dormitary for drivers without even fan in this scorching hear driver had to sleep in the car horrible stay fridge in the room was an additional almirah with no cooling I dont know what is the basis of patronising hotels by MMT in whose faith we give bookings feeling we should switch over ti other portals

My experience was average. This is because no breakfast available in room service.

The room was not clean. The dusting was not done in the room given to us. We changed the room, but the second room was also dirty. We had to wait till morning for the house keeping to clean the room for us. However the restaurant staff was polite.

I stayed there for 3 nights and my overall stay was good, the staff is very helpful especially srini he was very proactive. Rooms were neat and clean but

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and location is very accessible.

The overall stay was okay. I would point out that the hotel should be more focused on providing the basics hygiene kit like toothpaste, brush and all. Plus the shower was not working properly and the washroom was not satisfactory. If the price of the hotel is this much at least a small fridge can be expected and a much bigger size of tv in the room. Plus a night foot lamp is the basic requirement.

Very far away from the city, hotel maintenance is very very poor, not worth it ?its 2-star hotel not at all 4 star. A/c dint working flash dint work adjust fan dant work durty bed sheet durty and old towels

Hotel is on main road, proximity is very good. Rooms are clean and neat. Very good hotel to stay staff is very polite and helpful

Room service was also not good and quality of food was very bad food is not tasty.

Room and washroom were not as clean as should have been, especially the bed sheets. Toiletries were provided. Staff were courteous.

Rooms were cleaned, parking available, good breakfast were positive things. But a/c did not work at all. Stayed for 1d/1n only. Had booked 2 deluxe ac rooms

1. I paid 13000 for one day stay which much much higher price than the facilities they provide. 2. They do not deserve even 3 star category. They don't provide saving kits, comb, slipper etc. 3. I booked for all meal ie break fast, lunch and dinner. They denied dinner. I showed them my booking details. 4. They do not have buffet system for lunch and dinner. They have only limited itemd for dinner and lunch.

Cooperative & help full staff, food & service is also good, rates are slightly higher. Rest things are good

Good location, courteous & well mannered staff, spacious room & bathroom. The ghats are 20-25 mins away but a good location if you want to stay away from the public area

Location is gud. Food is okay staff r gud but rooms r not gud as per the charge dat make mine trip has taken for superior deluxe room washroom has water logging issues and no proper deluxe bed in room they join two bed. So if one has baby then it's a issues as they bed fall apart. No proper amenities in washroom

The experience was not that good because the television was not working we stayed there 2 days and 2 night we called the workers 2 times they did'nt come and mosqitoes were all over the room

Good and friendly. Had some issue initially but team worked on those to resolve quickly. Cleaning was good
