Extremely Disturbing Stay – Not Recommended. I had a very disappointing experience at Costa Rivera, Varanasi. I arrived early morning after a long journey and requested a quiet room, but loud construction work started at 8 AM, making it impossible to rest. I complained multiple times to the hotel staff, but they did not provide any proper solution. My entire day was ruined, and I ended up with a severe headache due to the disturbance. What made the experience even worse is that MakeMyTrip also did not respond properly to my complaint. Even after sharing photos, videos, and recordings, I still haven’t received a proper resolution. This lack of support from both the hotel and MMT is extremely disappointing. This trip caused a complete waste of my time, money, and peace of mind. I do not recommend this hotel at all, and I’m very unhappy with MakeMyTrip’s customer support for not addressing my issue.

Telephone was not working Bed sheets were not clean, our flight got delayed, requested for extra time for checkout, wanted us to pay half day charges , toilet flush was not flushing well

The AC in the room is not working. I have complained several times, and although the hotel electrician came 2-3 times, there was no cooling throughout the night. I also requested a room change, but that was not done either.

Rooms are clean and refreshing, interior is as always as beautiful and I liked it very much, this is 5 th saty at this hotel, 2 of them with MMT.

pathetic stay ,poor room service, when waiter has served the food he asked for dakshina.tip for serving the food in the room.and I was not well I asked to serve me the coconut water so they are not able to deliver and even they are not giving the permission to bring the water from outside, as per the tariff service is very pathetic I will not suggest to any one to stay in this hotel.

Location of hotel very good, Food quality & specially breakfast variety & quality was awesome. Moreover , Cost of Cleaning & ironing is also very cost effective. I will prefer my friends & colleagues

Property food was good but the hotel lacks hospitality and attentiveness towards their guest rooms were well maintained but could use some more interior as mostly room felt empty

Lots of white ants on the wall. No hot water in the evening. Linens are not fresh. Breakfast is waste

Hotel rooms are comfortable and AC is superb. As in house food is concerned taste is like u are having food at your home

I booked twin sharing bed. But they gave us double bed and refused to change the room. Breakfast was good and the staff there was also nice. Receptionists don’t know their work. They chill while customers are waiting.

The location of hotel is good, although no parking space Decent rooms, friendly staff and amazing food....

There was no water in the bathroom. There was too much smell in room, almost everything was about to finish in breakfast, not good!

Hotel owner owns two properties with similar names in varansi. Coata riveria and cost a river. I wanted to book cota riveria but mm t diverted me to the other property cost a river which i couldn't understood and booked. It is a very inferior property and since booking is non refundable i am stuck with it. It is very distant from temple. Bathrooms are conjusted

Location is good breakfast was very good stuff was good enjoyed their travel desk for city tour. And loved their rooms
