Hotel Varanasi Inn

The hotel is good and the room service is also very humble and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was how the rooms are designed, there is no ventilation in the room and the exhaust fan was not working also as the property is new and the room smells like hell.

Not hygienic , breakfast very bad,no fresh fruits, only corum is maintained in name of complimentry, dinner too not available as mentioned in menu, location of hotel too congested

Very bad, I never recomded anyone to stay in Varanasi Inn Hotel, they are very unprofessional 1) They remove my luggage from room, even inform in advance we will check out 1PM instead of 12 PM for one room and for another room was already check out at 11Am. 2) Food is also not Good, specially Breakfast. Testless 3) Plates and bowl is not clean properly. 4) Behaviour of Reception is terrible l, he even don't know, how to talk with guest. 5) 3 Reception is change during my 15hours stay. 6) Location of hotel is also not good. 7) I will never reminded this Hotel for stay to anyone.

Room was neat & Clean, Staff was polite and helping. Food was good. Most Important the proximity to Kashi Vishwnath Temple is very close, but not within the crowdy area.

Location is very bad services are good and food also very good staf behaviour are good .

Hotel room was very dirty full of insects and cockroaches , room was not proper ventilated very suffocating , reception staffs were very very arrogant and rough talker ,they take all guest for granted and when we entered they said ,kyu book Kiya hamra hotel .they are ver arrogant . location is very conjusted to reach and very far away from temple n.vwry very abd saty in hotel .

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are infested with lizards and cockroaches, making it an absolute nightmare. The food is just as terrible—tasteless, unhygienic, and completely unappetizing. The ambience is dull and unwelcoming, with poor lighting and an overall shabby atmosphere. The quality of the rooms is extremely poor, similar to budget hotels, with dirty linens, broken furniture, and a foul smell lingering everywhere. Staying here was a terrible experience, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

The pictures given are very different than the actual rooms, The bathroom is very claustrophobic and not spacious. The rooms are not at all clean our pillow cases had dirt all over it. The only good thing is it’s very close to Station and very near to everything. It’s a basic stay I wouldn’t recommend if you’re planning for a comfortable stay.

It was good & hygienic hotel. Worth for money. Welcoming staff. Bit delay in services due to high traffic in the hotel. Overall experience was good.

The hotel was very average, and they have recently done new construction, but no attention has been given to ventilation. The washroom did not have dental kits or other basic amenities, and even after requesting, room service was not provided, despite us staying there for two days. I couldn’t understand the staff’s behavior, as they would simply ignore requests for certain items. Considering the price they are charging, it’s not worth it.

Limited food menu. Hotel is in congested area, every time toiletries to be asked.

I did not get the room according to the cost paid for the accommodation at hotel and breakfast wad also not very good.

The hotel is very old not value for money as well location is completely other muslims area there is no veg food options.

The property is not worth at 3000 rs per room. The rooms have zero ventilation with very limited options for breakfast. The price should not more than 1000 rs

Room was neat and clean size also was enough with 2 kids bed. Washroom was big and clean size also.
