Well my overall experience with this property has been I caught impetigo which for those of you that don’t know is a bacterial infection caused by poor hygiene the bathroom was not clean left over hair was left shower area Room service was not prompt as we where looking ahed Asked to prepare meal for child they gave less portion which was incomplete for Childs Hotel administration need to look after basic things

Water leak wage from gutter in bathroom. Very poor service. Only one dental kit provided. Hotel is in very bad area. Please give it a rating of three star hotel

Dear Hilton let me start from the beginning there is no person to welcome, no welcome drink was offered, when i asking on my own they made me drink it, now let me tell you about the room the towels were all dirty, there were no napkins and about the food what not, my buffet was not included but I had a buffet what did I get in it, in the veg section bitter gourd vegetable and a paneer vegetable for 4000 rupees, friend tell me who keeps bitter gourd vegetable in a 5 star hotel . I have never eaten worse food than this in my life🥵🥵

Well i really enjoyed the stay. The staff was very co operative and professional The pool area was very neat and tidy And the bonus point was gym powered with modern equipments Food was very good there.. My overall experience was good

DoubleTree by Hilton – Disappointing for a Hilton Property While the location of the hotel is spot on — with easy access to key tourist spots — the overall experience was far from what you’d expect from a Hilton-affiliated 5-star property. Cleanliness and staff hospitality definitely need improvement. Room service was a hassle — we had to follow up multiple times for basic things to be done. The staff seemed largely unresponsive, and most requests were met with a flat “no,” which is really not acceptable from a property of this standard. The food experience wasn’t great either. The lounge on the 2nd floor had an odd odour, and food quality needs serious attention. Shockingly, we were served buffet rotis despite ordering à la carte — they were stale and chewy. Overall, the hygiene in the rooms and the general upkeep of the property felt neglected. For a Hilton, this just doesn’t cut it.

Very good hotel and i would like to stay here again. Hotel has a very prompt service and are very passion driven

The hotel room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was very delicious and had alot of option to try from. The bathroom was perfect. Good place for stay and worth the money. I will higly recommend it if you are going to varanasi

Room n staff are very good. Pool is awesome. One must stay. Reception is very airy and good. Eary cheaking Waiting time was a bit, but it was ok.

We stayed for 2 nights and the overall experience was good. Clean rooms with courteous staff, warm welcome and clean pool. An improvement can be made in the chlorine content in the pool water.

Its not at all a four or five star hotel...just creating infra doesnt mean anything if you are bad at service or dont know about hotel industry hospitality. None of the staff member is trained, pathetic service, no senior person at GM level available around 7.30pm if you have make any complaint. Poor house keeping - they dont clean your room even if you inform them in person and clean my room switch was also on....but still they dont clean and when you coming back they make excuses that guest only told to clean room in my presence what a stupid excuse...food was pathetic i dont think they have a proper chef available and food charges are sky high. Buffet taste and spread both are bad. Restaurant staff was either busy in chit chat or on phone ....poor service but yes Monu was superb in his job he understands hospitality and only trained server i found in restaurant. Overall will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel its completely waste of money. Raised my concern with Hilton group as well because ultimately it will impact their brand value.

proper is amazing and services are also good the only request i would like to make from management is to reduce the water bottle plastic waste and start using glass bottles, the way ITC chain is doing. also, the breakfast buffet is average and room dining prices are sky high with no taste honestly. Food was not at all good.
