We stayed at India Benares Hotel, Varanasi for 3 nights and had a very comfortable experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making our stay pleasant and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was really good, offering a wide spread that catered to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. A special mention for the staff and their prompt service — they were always courteous and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, a great stay and wonderful hospitality. Thank you to the entire team at India Benares Hotel for making our trip memorable!

location wise hotel is at excellent location,easily accessible via auto.parking facility is a shared type,bit shabby I would say.Hotel needs lot of maintainance I feel, specially the washroom,very suffocating and smelly types.overall I would say it's average types.lot of scope of improvement.food served during breakfast is average types.

pleasant stay, courteous staff. Robin at the Reception counter is amazing at the service. Smooth check in and check out experience. Valet Staff was very helpful as well.

Stay was comfortable and the hotel location is excellent. However, there were frequent power cuts and surprisingly, the hotel doesn’t have an automatic generator backup, which is disappointing in this modern time. The room also had a broken switchboard that needs attention. Breakfast options were very limited and lacked healthy choices – it was mostly heavy items like puri, paratha, chole bhature, and Maggi, with no variety for those preferring lighter or healthier food. Staff attitude could also be improved – they seemed more focused on expecting tips rather than genuine service. For example, even when I said I would carry my small luggage myself, they insisted on taking it, clearly just for tips.

Very good stay with all proper facilities. Food was little expensive but was also very good . Will recommend this place to all , specially families

I had booked 4 rooms and 2 foreign guests were travelling with me. I am writing to formally report the extremely unhygienic conditions I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel, Firstly we were given a different category room as it did not match the photos while booking . We requested for the room change. Upon entering the other room, I discovered visible cockroaches on the bed. This is absolutely unacceptable and poses a significant health risk. In addition, the general condition of the room was below any reasonable cleanliness standard — including moist walls and foul odour. I immediately informed the front desk, then they again changed the room (3rd Time). We requested for a refund and were denied. It was 9pm by then. I am requesting a full refund for my stay and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.

Hotel location is good. Rooms are a little dated, but comfortable. Hotel staff is very polite and helping.

Pathetic place and I didnot sfay there

Stayed for a night and it was pleasant. Service is good, location is good (away from city crowd). Staff are cooperative and ready to serve your requirements anytime. All in all a good stay.

Excellent service. My deluxe room was upgraded to Suit without even request. Breakfast was nice.overall it was very good experience

मैंने एक्सक्टिव सूट रूम 3 दिन के लिए बुक करा था वहा के स्टॉफ नें मुझे हमारे कम्प्लीमेंट्री रिफ्रेशमेंट में फ़ूड बास्केट कुकिंस प्लाटियर्स था वह बोलने के बाद भी नहीं दिया गया जिसके लिए make my trip pr maine payment bhi kara hai.

very poor experience, food quality is very poor, serving rotten fruit in breakfast. staff is very rude, they cancelled pre book room because it was booked online, as per them make my trip is giving very less price so they cancelled the booking after one day stay. rooms are small

Property is very good. Room was very neat and clean. Restaurant food is good, however it is very expensive and quantity is very less.

After check in was informed pool not working. Hotel under renovation. Despite claiming that they have a spa it was not there
