The location is good... rooms are small and room service average... overall average experience of stay... slightly overpriced

The food was not up to the mark and I was very disappointed. They did not offer the food we wanted to order because they said they do not have that in stock. We ordered alternate food then they said it was complimentary then later they charged the food bill saying it was not. They had clean rooms and the location of the hotel was good.

Well rooms were big enough ac was also nice but bathroom was not upto the mark dustbin in d bathroom was so dirty that not even washed for ages ,shower area is in the bath tub which was also not that clean and as soon as you use any water source it started maked sound of the water flowing in gutter ,on top of it the elevator door is autoshug and quite hard so if ur room door is near elevator u will hear banging sound all the time ,food was good.Staff was friendly

Very unmanaged, walls were not painted properly. The chairs inside the room were of iron contrasting to the nature or the star rating of the hotel

Wonderful stay with lots of happy moments! The highlight was their sweet gesture of offering free milk for our baby. Truly thoughtful!

Nice hotel

Hotel Zeeras Varanasi is my choice of stay in Varanasi. It is suitably located and is very calm and quiet. Breakfast is also reasonably spread. The staff is courteous and helpful and the rates are also reasonable. I would recommend this place to stay in Varanasi.

We arrived at the hotel around 3:00 PM, but to our surprise, the room was still not ready. After a long wait of nearly an hour, we were finally allotted a room on the fifth floor, which turned out to be uncomfortably hot due to a malfunctioning AC. After lodging a complaint, the staff did shift us to another room, but by then, we were already exhausted from a five-hour road journey. The room change process added unnecessary stress to our arrival. As for the food, it was just okay — nothing remarkable. Overall, it was a mediocre experience. The staff did respond to issues, but the initial inconvenience and lack of preparedness made our stay less than pleasant.

Location and food is good but amenities and services are poor. Bath tub is not in good condition also AC is not working properly. Even after informing at reception no one attend the bath tub issues. Due to falilure in providing amenities Make my trip should refund the money.
