Overall stay was average a few things that can be improved there was no parking in the hotel, we had to park our vehicle outside ac wasnt working properly in one of the two rooms that we booked cupboards werent as clean as one would expect in the hotel room service was good

Average service, room service is good but bathroom is not good, very poor condition. Room cleaning also not proper. Average stay, not feel good.

Its best economical stay in cantonment varanasi, the staff is really ready to help for everything, the location/amenities/services are the best which you can get in this price range.

Stay was cheap and comfortable. The staff was amicable and helpful. Especially mr singh (hotel staff) was very approachable and helpful. He went out of the way to ensure our needs were promptly met. I recommend this place to anyone seeking an economical and fairly comfortable place

The hotel is located at a prime location. Very close to the railway station. It has a mall nearby. Kashi vishwanath mandir is also at a distance of 5 km. They don’t have a kitchen but they offer you to get food from outside restaurants. The staff is very particular about hygiene standards. Staff is very professional and courteous.

According to their rates services are pathetic. Rooms are not properly cleaned. No sanitized rooms

Toilet seat was broken. Shower/tap switching of the room was not working and was broken too. Lobby was full of cigerette smell always. It was not upto the price which i paid for this. Yes. I got only 3400 rs. Bill from hotel against my actual payment of inr 4581 and i was told by hotel that we have got only this much from mmt so we will provide onky this much amount of billau
