the amount which the hotel charged and the facility given was not matched. The quality of TEA is not good. the service of the hotel is poor. Room size Too small. bathroom you can not use if your height is 5.7.

Good clean rooms and prompt service, friendly staff and late check out was allowed. Child stay was free

Excellent Hotel with very spacious rooms, fully equipped with all the amenities. The food taste and restaurant ambience was icing on the cake. wonderful stay and will visit again soon.

The property amenities mention about bar but there is no bar available. Also there is renovation work going at the facade and sidewall of the hotel which causes nuisance during the day. Room amenities are good but staff is not prompt due to shortage of staff

The stay was comfortable, easy checkin good facility. Ambience was good and the staff was very friendly.

In this price range, the hotel room and washroom had cleanliness issues. The walls were dirty, and the wash basin had drainage problems.

Well when taking bookings, hotels should keep families at priority, there are women, senior citizens & children. It’s not discount matters, within complex of families, your hotels are allowing drinks adjacent to ladies room. Anyway excellent & cordial & beautiful service. Staff are par excellence, good & caring behaviour.

Location was not good as shown in advertisement it was not worth four star I will give two star only

Major concern was functioning of room air conditioning and water heater (centralized hot water supply in bathroom. Besides this property as such has become old and need proper maintenance which is not being done. Bad mattress was sagging, window curtains are worn out and torn. (photos attached. You promised 15% discount on food and beverages but hotel had no information about it and charged full amount as per rate chart. I am looking for refund / compensation for deficiency of service.

I’m not a big fan of giving 1 star rating but i had to make an exception this time. I stayed here over the last 3 days and on the second night there was a party inside the hotel premises. The music was unbearably loud and made it impossible for me to sleep. Finally, i had to go to the reception at midnight because the front desk failed to tell me what time the music will be turned off over the phone. The staff at 15 minutes past midnight moved me from the 3rd floor to the first floor. Whilst the music wasn’t as loud as on the 3rd floor, i could still hear it until 1 in the morning. Definitely not going back again the next time i visit varanasi

Room was allotted too late, check in time 2 pm is too different from other hotels. Rest stay was good.

Not at all value for money.

Very slow service. Lift not working, in the morning. Locker in the room was unaccessible, no one knew how to set it right. The linen was clean, but the room was unkempt, with dust around, torn curtains. Service was poor. Ordered dinner requesting mild spice but it was overly spiced. The breakfast was very average, had to request for hot food, overall very disappointing.

It was good behaiour at reception. The food was served in room as ordered as same as demanded. I have heslth problem and some aruvedic treatment is going so food was clean and as per my need. It wzs clalean and room was nicely msintained. Roo. No 206 where i stayed. Entry of the hotel

Chefs and the staff at the restaurant were very cooperative. We had specific requirements and they happily provided accordingly. Thank you!

There are several areas where the hotel falls short of expectations. 1. The steps and ramp are not conducive for customers with disabilities. A railing would be good. The security guy however was gracious enough to help. 2. The room floor is full of cracks and stains, showing poor maintenance. 3. There is no hot water. Best you can hope for is very lukewarm water in the shower. 4. The worst part for me was the lack of flexibility in terms of check out. I had booked for 3 nights but told them right after check in that i needed to leave after 2 nights. They gave me the runaround for 12 hours. The front desk, especially the manager, was extremely unprofessional. For a hotel that charges so much and thinks they are a high end hotel, i found it very disappointing. 5. Breakfast was okay. The staff there seemed clueless though. They don’t seem to know basics like checking on customer, give water or coffee, they would just stand and chat among-st themselves. 6. Housekeeping gets high marks. They were responsive to my requests at any time of the day. Overall, for the money i paid, this hotel is probably one of my worst experiences. I am not coming back and will not recommend this to others.

Good rooms, polite staff, smooth check in and check out, breakfast buffet was average, most of the items were cold and undercooked.

Hotel did not provide accommodation to driver. Don't have dormitory provision for driver.
