Not A Good Property but staff is Goo
Recently stayed at this property and, to be fair, it was not up to the expectations I had, especially after booking a premium category room. The property itself is quite old, and that shows across the amenities. The furniture, washrooms, and bed linen all looked dated and somewhat worn out, which certainly impacts both the aesthetics and the overall experience. Cleanliness too left much to be desired, which is a concern in any stay. Despite booking a premium room, I found little to distinguish it from the standard rooms my colleagues stayed in. In fact, the layout and facilities were almost identical. A refrigerator or additional amenities, which usually mark an upper-category room, were missing entirely. This made the “premium” tag feel more notional than real. Food was strictly average. Since the hotel currently has very low occupancy, buffet breakfast was not available on most days. Instead, one has to order à la carte. While manageable, this limits choice and also slows down the experience, reducing the ease and efficiency that business or leisure travelers usually expect in the morning. The one redeeming aspect of my stay was the staff. The reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were courteous and genuinely tried to make the experience better. Their warm and attentive behavior was the only solace in an otherwise underwhelming stay. Overall, the property requires serious renovation, better upkeep, and more consistent cleanliness standards. Until then, it is hard to recommend it as a true premium option.

The room was ridiculously hot and the ac wasn't even working, tried changing the room but still got a room with the same problem.

Good Stay
Decent hotel with a good location. Clean Rooms are big and check all boxes but need proper maintenance as they are starting to show its age. Room service is slow. Breakfast is also sumptuous
