Very small room with seelan all over and smell on 4th floor with no lift

I enjoyed my trip very nice behaviour by everybody.

Absolutely pathetic. Walls of the room were damp, paint and plaster were coming out, dirty and stained linen, blanket cover was filthy, mosquitoes, stained walls, non functioning tv. Can't imagine them charging for such a pathetic and filthy room. No lift, extremely cramp and narrow staircase. No help to carry luggage to 2nd floor and bring it down. No body at the reception for any help.

The stay was terrible. First, they denied me and told that they were out of room and that they did not know anything about my booking. The quality of the room i was given was very terrible. It was not cleaned and there was water all over the floor. I asked them to clean. But they didn't. Also, the behaviour of the staff was very rude and they did not talk properly. They didnt even provide me with a lock so that i could go to have my meals. It was totally frustrating and i check out at 3 in the next morning, even though i planned to check out at 7. Please dont book this.

my check in time is at 12 but they allow me to enter at 3 and the hotel is at 3rd floor and room is very small bathroom is very bad bad sheet is also very bad

I stayed in pulick stay, varanasi in the night of 25th december 2022. The room was full of moisture and mosquitoes. Bed sheet, pillow and quilt were very dirty and unhygienic. Bathroom was also very dirty. Even mirror was not there to shave or view my face. Anyhow i spent mu night and left the room at 4'clock.

Not worthy demands extra money cancels bookings to hike rate

Very bad experience, service will also very bad, please don't stay any body in this prorties.

Water is leak-in from ac and falling on bed no switch board and charging socket around the bed. And they were asking me to leave the room at 10 am but i denied.

Waste of money, also linen not cleaned there was no dustbin.

It was just okay type. The photos and reality was bit different.
