beautiful property which is managed very by Kuldeep ji. The location is fantastic. it looks like you are living in an art house. shops and restaurants are available within 50 metre.

Water issue is there, taps don’t have flow, electricity problem is there, at mid of night ac power is cut and they don’t have any backup. But place is beautifully decorated. We had 3 bookings but comforter was also not provided during sleep with the mattress of 3rd person. They are charging 5 star rate and not providing basic eminity. But when we complained they refunded us 2k. So it was a good gesture. But please search for different homestay. Not a place we would visit again

Dear Pratibha, It's sad on young people demanding a pressure pump in a 1962 built house and there was not a single time power cut or electricity problem from time of check in and check out. You booked a room and had no respect for property, if we do not compensate you ,then you will ask your fellow students to write a negative review. Then you took a refund, I did that understanding you being a student a small amount would also matter a lot more to you than me and some refund will make you feel better, and here we go. You being a medical student, I can imagine what an awesome Doctor you are going to become. All best wishes and by the way our property is not created for students and we are sorry to host you. Cozy, cute and comfortable

Extremely beautifully curated quaint space - full pintresty vibes. Locality is near to most of the places, nearest being assi ghat. Staff - sagar and dilip have been extremely helpful and considerate. The place feels safe, secure and comfortable. The best part is that it is a pet friendly home stay. The property owners are passionate dog lovers too. We were an all girls gang, and had the best time here.

I was with my wife in varanasi and saw many hotels near assi ghat. But this was a find i was looking for. Very good location and they have such an amazing tea house. Their collection of books is awesome and the rooms are very very clean and beautiful. The amenities were also of very high quality. Only thing is that they have no television but have good internet. Superb stay and i recommend you to stay here if you like detailings in your room.

Best place to sta near assi ghat

Rooms are well maintained and excellent behaviour of the support staff. Location is another positive aspect of this property as it is well connected with other routes and assi ghat is just 100 meter away. My stay at nilay house varanasi was truly phenomenal. It's a new property, very close merely a minute walk from assi ghat and ganges, rooms are aesthetically and very tastefully done. Best part is having a great interaction with kuldeep and sakshi, they are the host and very knowledgeable about city. Dilip who takes care of the place is polite and responds promptly. Will be back again.

Beautifully done rooms. Almost everything is provided in the room. 2 min from ghat. Hosts are very warm and welcoming. Must taste the collection of teas in their tea room.
