TERRIBLE STAY EXPERIENCE AT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT PARADISERESIDENCY

We are 70 + yrs. We selected Paradise Residency for lift. The lift didn't work. 55 steps 🪜 to climb. No tea till 8 am. Food, testless, delivery from outside took time. TV didn't function. Pillows too thick and inconvenient. Even the tablecloth torn. Too loud water hammer evey time flushed.
