I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the behavior and attitude of Azad, who was extremely polite and thoughtful throughout. Instead of the usual formal interactions, he showed genuine concern and asked when I would be arriving or if I needed anything beforehand. His way of speaking felt sincere, not forced, and it made me feel comfortable and cared for as a guest. It’s rare to come across staff who are genuinely attentive, and Azad definitely made my stay smoother and warmer. The room was big, clean, and very well-maintained. The moment I entered, I could see the effort put into keeping the space neat and fresh. The bed was comfortable, the room felt airy, and all the amenities were arranged properly. The bathroom was spotless, and overall, the room felt perfect for resting and unwinding. This hotel offers both comfort and good service, and I truly appreciated the combination of a spacious, clean room and such considerate staff behavior. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. And a special thanks to Azad for his genuine kindness and concern.

Very comfortable room as well as cleaned

One staff of the hotel AZAD KUMAR was very friendly and helpful during the stay. He even helped me in planning my tour and also for airport drop. It was a fantastic stay at Kashi.

Overall clean rooms and spacious but pantry services are not available. You need to struggle a little for tea and even water.

The hotel services are pathetic. The staff never put the bathroom essential in room either drinking water too after so many request. No hospitality manner et al. I have very bad experience with this booking

I had a wonderful stay at Kashi Inn in Banaras. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and assi ghat is near the stay. The staff — Azad, Sonu, and Bishnu — were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Banaras!

Not got basic amenities in bathroomand unsatisfied too.

I came to Benaras for a 3 day visit. The kashi Inn homestay is very great to stay at. The room is very clean. The staff of this hotel is very helpful and welcoming. Mr Azad kumar helped us a lot to visit the ghats and temples of the benaras. It was a great trip.
