ITH Vintage Homestay

We stayed for two nights, and overall the experience was a mixed bag. The property is situated on a narrow street with considerable noise, which can be quite disruptive, especially for those seeking a peaceful environment. Additionally, the food prices were surprisingly high for a homestay, which impacted the overall value. Our room was on the third floor of an older building that does not have a lift. Although this might be expected in such a setting, I regret not checking this detail before booking. The cleanliness of the room was only average, which further contributed to a less-than-ideal stay. On a positive note, the hosts were very helpful and responsive, addressing our queries and concerns promptly. However, the combination of the location, steep food prices, and average cleanliness somewhat diminished the overall experience.

The location of the hotel is in quite the "galis of banaras" i was surprised to see the hotel in such a place. But once we checked into our room we were in awe. The interiors were top-notch and the space optimisation of the room was done incredibly well. Did not feel claustrophobic in the room at all. Amenities like kettle were quite troublesome.

The homestay experience was exceptional. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They provided great assistance with transportation and recommended travel destinations. Akash, in particular, was outstanding, offering support and solutions to every issue we encountered.

We didn't stay at the property. After reaching we didn't check in. The locality is not good, plus the property also was very old, there was a smell right after entering the gate.

To find and spot the property is a difficult task, but Akash, who's the caretaker, will ensure you reach there smoothly. Interiors are brilliant, the property is good, and the food is good. If your agenda is to visit temples, during peak hours such as evening traffic, you could be stuck for 20 mins, if there's no traffic, you will reach kashi Vishwanath dham and nearby templesnwithin 10 mins. Akash and Abhishu are helpful hosts. Their property is really well maintained.

Feel safe and homely. It's really vintage feeling and host is too good. It was my first experience in homestay. However it's awesome. It's would be my permanent home whenever i will visit kashi vishwanath.
