room is good . persons there are so helpful. only issues are : 1. it's on the 3rd floor no lift. Lift is under construction will ready by March 26 2. no vehicle from 700 m goes there not even e rickshaw. you have to take all the luggage by own. otherwise, people there help taking the luggage. kind behaviour. room is good. Enjoyed the stay. Rooms are good. Staff behaviour excellent. Only issues 1. Third floor and no lift 2. From 700 m you have to walk with luggage to reach there . No vehicles goes there

Excellent service and staff is very cooperative

It is a bit difficult to find the place as it is on the third floor and it will be a lot of pain to climb. The employee Ashish is a good person but needs training on how to manage the room. If a couple has come, So how to clean a room so that other people don't get disturbed by their mess, things like condoms kept under the bed, etc.

Even though i booked i couldn’t stay at the hotel as even after mentioning this to the hotel that I will be visiting with my 90 years old grandmother, they gave us a room on the third floor without lift. Disrespectful behaviour was another thing. Why would I call and explain the issue beforehand if it wasn’t even addressed. Such a pathetic experience.

The room were all different as shown in website and not only this we booked 2 rooms both were in construction i have share the images as well to make my trip they just didn’t do anything, also they fake promise me to change one of the room to a better room as the bathroom was not attached it was common also the route to the bathroom was in construction were 4-5 men always present outside the room , there was a girl as well with us but still no proper response even after sharing the images Terrible service i room i booked by seeing in make my trip was totally different also the room was in under construction outside the room construction going on causing too much noise 4-5 people always outside peeking to the room after complaining still neither the property man neither make my trip helped me

This property is situated at 4th floor without lift I was travelling with senior citizen and it was very difficult for us to go upstairs and stairs also not comfortable and you can not cancel booking and if you cancel zero refund I had to book other hotel for senior citizen as it was impossible for them to go upstairs Booked two Luxury room with attached bathroom but provided one attached bathroom room and one without attached and they are excusing their is short circuit but provided that room to other client No responsible person over there you have to take all your luggage to 4th floor by self and bring them down tooo so I recommend you want to stay here don't bring any senior citizen with you

Room was very good, neat and clean. The best thing is it’s very near the Kashi Vishwanath mandir

Room is overall good, Shri kashi vishwanath temple & kal bhairav temple is nearest -500-800 M Mr Ashish help us for any requirement and also other staff also helpful nature

not livable property, misleading/hide information, on 4th floor , saying 3rd floor to every one which also not mentioned in details, no bathroom attached, exterior of rooms are terrible, kindly avoide this property don't go for budge
