too unhygienic.. too dirty.. horrible experience

As per booking thru MMT it was told that accommodation is avl on first flr but when we arrived the rooms were starting from 3rd floor which was a daunting task to climb with my 80 yrs old mother there is no lift facility. stairs r too small . MMT should consider all this before advicing for booking

Lights were not working, plus the property was on 4th floor congested stairs and that was not at all shown in the pictures of promotion and my mother in law had difficulty so this property is ok but cannot suggest if you are looking for great experience. They tried to fix lights and fans in some time..

it was difficult to found the location on the first place. but after that I have managed to stay there , top floore rooms are not easy to manage

the hotel property was very poor, haven't got the rooms on the same floor, the property owner was very rude and refused to give the refund

1. location- location is very difficult to find and it's at rooftop. so elderly people please avoid to stay here. please refer to instead of google map. since map won't be helpful. But it is at very close to Kashi viswanath temple. around 5 min walk to gate no. 4 2. Rooms- I've booked AC Delux room. the matress don't fit on the bed. There was no room, the bed took it all. 3. Bathroom- bathroom is not attached. not suited for womans as it is open above the brickwall. I don't know why, maybe for ventilation. or something else. otherwise bathroom was clean. 3. Ambience- There are some welding and grinding work is going on always. so the rooms are very noisy in day. so if you want to stay at day, it will be hard. if you get this room under less amount, it's better than hostel beds. you will get personal room.

The only good thing about this place is its location — it’s somewhat close to Dashashwamedh Ghat. But overall, the experience was really bad. We had booked the room for 3 days and still had to wait for almost 2 hours after the check-in time to get the key. The rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor, which is tough for older people. Cleanliness was just okay — both the room and toilet were average. There wasn’t even a proper hanger for clothes or a cupboard to keep our bags. When it rained, the room leaked badly, and all our clothes kept on the handrail got completely drenched. The bathroom water was also hard water, not suitable for bathing. I booked this place after reading the reviews, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend this stay to anyone.

Nice room and nearby Vishwanath temple ghats, best for youngsters, this hotel is prime location

room was fine but it was a 3storey building with steep staircase i had senior citizen who couldn't climb those stairs n they didn't gave us soap n towels

Rooms are clean and specious. Staff is very cooperative.
